I've been trying to tell you guys that serious neglect of the infrastructure is what is "going down" (pun intended). Why? Because the money needed to fix this was given to Israel and/or to the Military. This is the result of living in a war mongering country bent on taking over the world. The cartoon "Pinky and The Brian" comes immediately to mind.
I'm not an Atlantan and have little input on the topic at hand, but I have to remark that this post makes me very proud to be from Georgia. The only thing that I would point out is that the cold,snowy mountains of North Georgia are alternately sweltering in the summer.
