I mean aside from how silly I think being scared of FEMA is (as a white Australian male, things are easier for me unfortunately), I was looking at a couple of stories last night where Australian military has forced Aboriginal communities out of their land and into camps. There was a story in the last 100 years where the police cornered a tribe of aboriginal people on a bluff and used rifles to force them to jump off or die. Those that didn't jump were forced into hard labour in the nearby town. Until in the 70's when the Mayor was like, yo you can't own black people in this town anymore unless you pay them as much as a white fella, and then he gave them land and they still live there today.
While our history is just as racist as any other place on the world, the idea of FEMA camps seems farfetched. Although with a population of 23 million populating a space the size of the US, anything could be happening.
