Hes dead. How can he be behind bars?

What do bars have to do with being a criminal? Not all criminals see bars in their lives.

Dude you typed the post not me. You tell me.

What?

Did you even read what you wrote???

Answer the question.

Lol.

Alright, well you're leaving me to make your conclusions for you. I get it.

Why did you edit that comment before I said lol?

Then you demand answers from me? Again lol.

edit?

Have you seen the video of his family? I thought he was dead and everything too but they seem pretty goofy.

Whoa that's incredible. We actually don't even know if Seth Rich was killed or not or if that's even his family... People say the police report looks funny and they can't get police body cams to look at a dead body on the street.

Very interesting.

Yeah it's really frustrating because you think we're unraveling this mystery and have something big with Seth Rich and then his family turns out to be like three Robbie Parkers.

Jesus fucking Christ

Not even Jesus can save you from shitposting.

I wish the mods would

And deprive OP of his well-deserved downvotes? That'd be mean.

I'd sacrifice all the post karma in the world to prove this point again.

Hillary?

Probably Huma, Hillary wouldny want to put her fingers on it.

We're putting dead bodies behind bars now? I must have missed the memo

"Deserves" not physically put in bars. But that's okay. So no one will answer whether or not he is a criminal or a hero or a criminal hero who deserved to be locked up if it weren't for his assassination.

There is no evidence to make that kind of judgment.

No evidence of Seth Rich being the leaker in the first place or?

Right. No evidence Seth Rich is the leaker.

Yes, yes and George Washington was also a treasonous criminal.

Right? George Washington normalized violent revolutions.

Revolutions have always been violent...even when they are not.

Damn right he rebelled against the King and had the Americans lost would have been hung.

We got our own back with Piers Morgan though, ha, he's your problem now.

I think you got the shorter end of the bargain if you are comparing Piers Morgan to Geo Washington, a man with his share of human faults who still managed to project enough power to keep the revolution cohesive to the end that included the creation of an entirely new kind of nation.

Haha, fair point. You got all those dreary Puritans though, checkmate.

I'll grant you that one. Not only are they sexually repressed party poopers they believe in abusing and punishing the people they impoverish.

George Washington committed treason. He also defended the birth of a new nation. USA. Founded by a traitor. I can now sing the Star Spangled Banner and not be hung for sedition.

I can now sing the Star Spangled Banner and not be hung for sedition.

Careful, they are working on that.

AI Mad Lib gone wrong.

u/XDiabolusExMachinaX if you think this sub would all agree that Seth Rich is a criminal, you're an idiot...

Wow a personal attack? How did I hurt you?

With your assumptions.

What assumption?

If I took your personal emails and published them to the world would you consider me a criminal or a hero?

If it uncovered corruption, a hero...we are pretty short of them these days?

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.

So you have no problems with invading privacy looking for corruption. I mean you'd have to invade everyone's privacy to find corruption. Who knows how many men are currently looking into the private lives of females looking for corruption if you know what I mean.

This assumption: "this sub should all agree on is that Seth Rich is not a hero but a criminal."

Yeah yeah we already established you don't believe in privacy so he's not a criminal. Got it.

The only privacy we have left is that our neighbors doesn't know specific things. Other than that the government knows pretty much everything they need to on anyone.

We all knew Clinton was corrupt. She wears it like a badge...so if you came across a huge amount of corruption, you would just sit on it and do nothing?

We all knew Clinton was corrupt

I think that's called an assumption. If you have proof of crime from HRC that doesn't involve a meme or youtube video then I implore you for the love of God to go to the FBI/Conservative News/President because calling people guilty in the land of innocent until proven guilty isn't going to be productive to laws.

I don't have evidence HRC is as corrupt as you say. America is a capitalist country not a communist country. People make hand over fist or become richer than 90% of the citizens through BS all the time.

Would you sit on the evidence of corruption because you don't want to breach an individuals privacy?

Of course not. Would I still be a criminal though? That is the whole point of this post. You still have to breech someone's privacy. It's never even explained how SR got the emails... or that he would have had to be invading DWS emails quite literally as she was writing them.

Well as you said you don't know, maybe he had access to the server. Would it be a crime if he had complete access?

maybe

Ok.

Would it be a crime if he has 100% access?

As in, the emails were directly addressed to him?

As he had access to every single emails sent on that specific server.

And you know this how?

I don't I'm asking a question.

I was confused by the use of a period instead of a question mark.

Sorry I was going off the same question I had asked above.

Exposing criminal activity by illegal means is a legal grey area. Like telling cops you overheard a drug deal going on in a private residence that you live in. It's a private conversation with expectation of privacy. Suppose you recorded that and turned it into the police. Or suppose the perps are actual police officers. Say your parents. And they are talking in their bedroom about how they killed or planned to kill someone. Is that a crime to record that conversation? Sure it is. And since they are cops and you know it will be covered up you provide the tape to the news media. Is that illegal? Sure it is. Can you be prosecuted? Sure. Can you be sued? Sure. Did you do the morally right thing? What Seth Rich did was illegal. He exposed corruption and voter fraud. He also was put in a position where it was possible and his actions actually helped to get force the resignation of Debbie Wassermann Schultz. He also revealed to millions of Bernie supporters that they had been robbed of the nomination.

Oh, how did Seth Rich get DWS's emails anyway?

He was the IT person. He had access to everything.

He was the IT person

Was he? So you're saying that Seth Rich was the system admin. Is that right?

Doesn't matter what I'm saying.

Voter Expansion Data Director. One of his tasks at the DNC was the development of a computer application to help voters locate polling stations

SR is probably the most important American of the last 50 years

/s

I don't know what /s means but I sure am glad people think SR is that important. I mean he took down the violent leftists of which we've all seen the videos.

I just want to read Richard Spencer's twitter without being judged.

Dick Spencer lmao

c'mon

Wtf am I reading here, O.P man LOL. The only crime going off here is this post. Glad you cracked the case wide open pal.

My post is a crime? Wow... if taht ain't foolproof logic I don't know what is.

i guess i'll ask you too. How did Seth Rich get people's private emails?

Did you even read what you wrote???

Sorry I was going off the same question I had asked above.
