No one has claimed that Russia hacked the election. Russia has attempted to interfere with the election with possible collusion with members of Trump's campaign. Everyone in the government including the DNI, the house and senate intelligence committee, and Trump's cabinet members have acknowledged that Russia has attempted to interfere with our election.

The investigations that are still ongoing, are investigating to what extent that Russia interfered and who they interacted with and the damage they have done and ways of mitigating future attempts of interference.

Trump's campaign is under investigation by the Special Counsel, FBI, and the House and Senate Intelligence committee.

Jeff Sessions was a major member of Trump's campaign, and has lied about his meetings Russian officials, and is now being questioned about the Trump/Russia investigation and obstruction of justice investigation.
