Eyes wide shut

Most Stanley Kubrick films have illuminati undertones/revelations.

Good call out. Welcome to the Elite life.

It'll bum me out for the rest of my life that we'll never get to see Kubricks original cut of the film.

I want to go on a hunt for the uncut version of this film. I'm too far gone and I have nothing to lose.

There was a cool conspiracy theory on the movie when pizzagate was going full blast.

Something about how the two halves of the movie reveals a deeper story if you play them side by side.

Yes, where someone cuts a dollar bill in two you are supposed to put them side by side..something like that

enemy of the state, it's on netflix right now

Crazy good movie, points out so well that its all about politics and power instead of the whole smokescreen of distraction they feed us with religion, class and race.

Sicario.

Syriana.

Secret Honour (my favourite)

The Manchurian Candidate

I just watched that last night, so good.

The Whistleblower

Not a 'fun' movie, but based on a true story.

I 100% agree with this recommendation. This movie is why I started researching human trafficking.

Pie

It's called Pi, or π.

knew i fucked that up, thx.

Capricorn one

I love "They Live"! Corny lines and acting, but powerful and important message!

Branded

Minority report for the thought crime police.

Watching "DMT: the spirit molecule" on Netflix right now. Slightly askew but intertwines.

You want the same sci fi / conspiracy genre but an even better movie?

Watch "The Arrival". Not "Arrival", but "The Arrival" with Charlie Sheen. Its fucking epic, trust me.

Also on 123movies!

I've never heard of that movie...what is it about and is it pretty good? Surprised I never heard of it growing up in the 90's but maybe I was too young

If i remember correctly its about an alien signal? Didn't it come out around the tole contact came out?

I remember when Enemy of the State first came out, you had to seriously suspend disbelief. Now it's basically a documentary.

the nolan brothers

but you have to watch closely

The Thirteenth Floor.

Jupiter Ascending, The Matrix

The Men who stare at Goats

Do not watch Jupiter Ascending.

Besides it being a flouncy and plothole ridden fairytale, why not?

The Insider:

A fictionalized account of a true story, it is based on the 60 Minutes segment about Jeffrey Wigand, a whistleblower in the tobacco industry,[2] covering the personal struggles of him and CBS producer Lowell Bergman as they defend his testimony against efforts to discredit and suppress it by CBS and Wigand's former employer.

Three Days of the Condor:

Three Days of the Condor (stylized on the poster art as 3 Days of the Condor) is a 1975 American political thriller film directed by Sydney Pollack and starring Robert Redford, Faye Dunaway, Cliff Robertson, and Max von Sydow.[2] The screenplay by Lorenzo Semple Jr. and David Rayfiel was adapted from the 1974 novel Six Days of the Condor by James Grady.[2] The main point of variance from novel to film lies in the presentation of the CIA. In Grady's book, a rogue element within the Agency is motivated by drug-running greed. In the film, the same individuals act with equal ruthlessness to hide a project intended to protect long-term national interests.

Set mainly in New York City and Washington, D.C., the film is about a bookish CIA researcher who comes back from lunch, discovers all his co-workers murdered, and tries to outwit those responsible until he figures out whom he can really trust. The film was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Film Editing. Semple and Rayfiel received an Edgar Award from the Mystery Writers of America for Best Motion Picture Screenplay.[2]

Three Days of the Condor: My absolute favorite movie of all time.

Right above Marathon Man and Michael Clayton.

Thanks for mentioning it. Fantastic!

Wasn't Sydney Pollack in eyes wide shut too?

Sydney Pollack

Yes, he played a wealthy guy...he also directed "The Firm" among others.

"Existenz"

Eyes wide shut is amazing

Starry Eyes : A Movie About the Occult Hollywood Elite – and How it Truly Works

Hunger games, shows us the future of the global elite and how we all will live in sections of the world and fight to be alive to entertain the global rich elite

The conspiracy movie, it sucks but whatever anyway And many more

Starry eyes was great. Stroker was creepy. Neon demon was good.

I watched one old from the 1960s, it showed some guy joining secret society and doing rituals then his dad's friends gets involved to stop him and fight them Real good vs evil film. Was great, forgot the name though

Network (1976) - IMDb www.imdb.com/title/tt0074958/ full on youtube

Finally! One that is online. Watching now..

Very welcome, this one is comparably good, one of my top 5, check the speeches, specially the boss speech, best parts, timeless conspiracy classic

Logical next step would be to watch Network: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0074958/

The conspiracy. Duh

Depends on what you mean. I really enjoyed Lunopolis, though last time I suggested it here I got downvoted. Two filmmakers get caught up in this huge conspiracy to manipulate the future of humanity. There's shady government organizations, a whistle blower or two, coverups, time travel, possibly aliens, and probably other stuff I don't remember. It's not the greatest movie out there but I feel it captures the essence of what it might be like to be a regular person discovering a huge conspiracy.

I liked that one! It's one of the better "found footage" style type of movies.

Network and Eyes Wide Shut for me.

The Net

Here, I made a library of Feature-Length Documentaries Definitely Conspiracy Related; but not Fictional Narratives.

www.Riggedit.com/Documentaries/

Zeitgeist

Children of men, Equilibrium, V for vendetta to name a few. Also 1984 but that should just be known already

Parallax View. JFK. Two of the very best.

The Wizard of Oz

It has a legit fight scene in it too.

Videodrome

Michael Clayton.

Dark City.

Rollerball.

Seven Days in May (1964). Kirk Douglas, Burt Lancaster, Frederich March, and Ava Gardner.

To quote Wikipedia, it's "about a military-political cabal's planned take-over of the United States government in reaction to the president's negotiation of a disarmament treaty with the Soviet Union." If that doesn't sell you, I don't know what will.

Kill the Messenger is a good one and topical with stories popping up on this sub. One of the conspiracy theories I do believe - and it's also a decent movie.

Not sure if A Civil Action qualifies? That's a fairly good movie.

There's also Air America which is also along the theme of CIA alternative finding sources of the white powder variety.

Bullworth - Wag the Dog - Krippendorphs Tribe

parallax view

Haven't seen Oliver stone's JFK with Kevin Costner suggested yet.

You can't go wrong with anything from Kubrick

Arlington road

Was disappointed in this one
