The Conspiracy against marijuana.

41  2017-06-26 by Mike_McDermott

Im not a user of marijuana, but anyone spending any time at all on reddit has read all the stories/articles/studies about the positive benefits of medical marijuana, hemp, and recreational marijuana.

There is an video on our front page right now about MMJ treating Parkinson's disease.

Here is a link about the many uses of Hemp: http://www.informationdistillery.com/hemp.htm

Here is a link about the many health benefits of marijuana: http://www.businessinsider.com/health-benefits-of-medical-marijuana-2014-4/#it-can-be-used-to-treat-glaucoma-1

So, economically speaking, what would be the positive impact on our environment, health care, health, industry (textiles, paper, energy)

Economically speaking, what would be the negative impact on existing industries such as alcohol, textiles, oil producers, pharmaceuticals if marijuana and hemp were legalized?

It seems there are some very powerful industries conspiring and working against the legalization of marijuana and hemp for no other reason that greed. If its legalized, they will lose billions.

If it is legalized, if people are actually allowed to make their own decisions about what goes into their own bodies without fear of losing their freedom, how will that impact society?

It is my opinion that current US culture/industry/government exists to keep people sick, scared, imprisoned (mentally and physically) in order to extract as much of their labor from them as possible. It seems marijuana might play a significant role in breaking that dysfunctional system and restoring some sanity.

I don't know how to answer your valid questions, but I did finally find the best, most straight forward topping method I've seen and am so happy about it, I'm sharing it here. https://youtu.be/cWKtHNzZPsM

Cant watch video at work, mind tell me what a "topping method" is?

It makes your plants "bush out" instead of growing with a single cola like a christmas tree. Greatly increases yield.

Ever read this? http://jackherer.com/emperor-3/

You'll find all of your conspiracy answers there.

Thank you for that and I look forward to reading.

I hope everyone checking this post out will go to that link as well. It looks very informative.

It explains the who, why, scapegoats, etc. A great read, have the hard copy, but the online version is great to have. Not a conspiracy guy honestly, but there wasn't a grand one here, just a bunch of businesses (DuPont) and out of work LE that needed a new job. They did conspire to do this, but the group of them just played on fears of the government and people, so more of a social engineering experiment.

The war on weed started well before then, but it wasn't a unified front.

I mean the article isn't wrong and actual confirmed an old theory from the 70s

I notice that this sub publishes stuff almost every day that says marijuana cures everything from Alzheimer's to cancer to migraines... I believe there's a conspiracy to keep marijuana illegal, but I also think marijuana isn't a magical "cure-all" as some people claim. I think there are negative effects to prolonged marijuana use and that these "cure-all" articles themselves might be a conspiracy to encourage people to smoke more pot than they should to the point where it effects their motivation, memory, drive, etc

The nylon industry lobbied to make it illegal. Dow DuPont and Corning were all involved in making Marijuana illegal.

The whole refer madness was propaganda to ease the ban. Don't want your daughter dating a jazz musician!

Fuck them all!

Ezekiel 34:29 29And I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more.
