Hussein = Sadam Hussein

Barack = Barracks (building used to house soldiers)

Obama = O-BOMB-A (largest drone warfare ever under his presidency, dropping over 26,000 bombs in the middle east in 2016)

I don't know if this is too much of a reach, but part of me believes that TPTB were warning us that Barack Hussein Obama would be the biggest terrorist the modern age has seen.
