Rod Wheeler confirms he was told a couple times to look into Awans while investigating Seth Rich. Also confirms Seth was at an IT party on night of his death. Says we must find out who was at party!

That might be Awan with Seth.

It's not though.

Why did he never mention them before?
1 swampsparrow 2017-07-28
I think this is important. He either couldn't talk about them for whatever (legal???) reasons OR he's making shit up
1 Tall_Trombone_Guy 2017-07-28
He's most likely trying to piggy back and become relevant again. It's quite convenient
1 legitimatecomplaint 2017-07-28
It's not like he's known for making outlandish claims.
Like 10 year old lesbian pink gun gangs roaming the country.
http://www.thedailybeast.com/how-i-got-fox-news-to-tell-the-truth-about-violent-lesbian-gangs
1 Tall_Trombone_Guy 2017-07-28
Never said it was outlandish. It's just amazing this hasn't been brought up in detail until now, until he can inject himself back into the conversation
1 crielan 2017-07-28
Sounds just like kim dotcom. Never ones to let a good tragedy go to waste.
1 StanleyKubricksPenis 2017-07-28
Yeah I think Kim Dotcom actually is trolling at this point. He enjoys getting people riled up and then trying to sell his shitty album. I think he's fucking with us.
1 SooperModelsDotCom 2017-07-28
Ding Ding Ding!!!
Winnah, Whinnah!!! Chicken Dinnah!!!
1 angry_cucumber 2017-07-28
given his long history of making shit up, it's pretty clear which one it is.
1 Diarygirl 2017-07-28
I think it definitely counts. I don't know why the Rich family hasn't sued him already.
1 psyderr 2017-07-28
Probably afraid of what might come out
1 broreemmeanasstaday 2017-07-28
My post from a few months ago:
I've got a hunch about Seth Rich and the Awan Brothers
https://www.reddit.com/r/conspiracy/comments/5zl9ki/ive_got_a_hunch_about_seth_rich_and_the_awan/
Find out where the Awans were on the night of Seth's murder.
1 FantasticMrCroc 2017-07-28
Jesus imagine if it was that simple all along. All the George Webb craziness and it ends up it was just DWS sending her IT guy to do it.
1 ForRealThisTimePlaya 2017-07-28
So Wheeler has no idea who was at this IT party, he just knows that Seth Rich was at this party!
This dude is a swindler.
1 broreemmeanasstaday 2017-07-28
Wheeler aside, seems like it would be relatively simple to confirm whether or not this event took place. Perhaps there is a Facebook page for DNC IT professionals. Let's not forget that Seth's parents signed a contract with Wheeler to investigate their son's death.
1 ZiggyAdventures 2017-07-28
The contract has been breached. Part of the contract was only communicating with police and the family. They have officially filled cease and desist letters to Wheeler.
Imagine for a second that what the family says is true, and you were part of his family. It'd be easy to understand the reaction they have him about who was at the party. He's gone way beyond harassment to them.
1 broreemmeanasstaday 2017-07-28
Hard to say what's going on with the family. I'm sure it's been hard for them. But they are surrounded by DNC handlers whose interests are likely incompatible with their own.
Wheelers decision to adress the investigation publicly appears deliberate. And his statements regarding possible stonewalling by the metro pd explain the complete lack of transparency and failure to comply with the most basic procedural requirements throughout the entire investigation.
The outrage over any public discussion of his murder, including, but not limited to Rod Wheeler's statements is telling. Media feeding frenzies driven by the personal tragedies of private citizens is at the core of the corporate media business model. Accept in the Seth Rich case, where corporate media wuotes and parasites are suddenly wagging their fingers at us, and acting as though it is a well established taboo to discuss such matters in public. Is it not equally repugnant, if not more so, that these very same people only mention Seth Rich publicly in order to push for gun control during presidential campaign rallies? It sure makes my Columbo gut get tingly.
I am sorry for the Rich family's terrible loss. But justice and truth do not come without a cost. And only justice and truth will soothe his parents grief.
1 EagleOfAmerica 2017-07-28
That's a huge leap of logic.
1 ForRealThisTimePlaya 2017-07-28
Why has Wheeler never mentioned this "IT party" before? Wheeler got suddenly famous with you guys when he claimed he had evidence connecting Seth and wikileaks. Then he completely backtracked on the story and said some guy told him he had the laptop with evidence on it. That guy came out and said "yeah...we never even looked at Seth's laptop."
So he's already swindled you guys once. Now he's at it again. Saying the same type of stuff. "Some guy told me this." You shouldn't believe everyone that says something that perfectly fits your narrative. You should be a little more skeptical than that.
1 EagleOfAmerica 2017-07-28
I wasn't defending him. I was responding to your poor argument. Being mistaken about one fact doesn't make someone a "swindler."
1 ForRealThisTimePlaya 2017-07-28
Mistaken? You mean lying?
1 EagleOfAmerica 2017-07-28
In the absence of any evidence that the mistake was intentional, you haven't proved he was lying.
1 ShillyMadison 2017-07-28
dont bother arguing, tag in RES and move on. Theres a reason your comment got so heavily downvoted
1 Manalore 2017-07-28

1 JoePesciOfGoneFishin 2017-07-28
Rod Wheeler has consistently, throughout his entire career, lied to bring attention to himself. Id say that constitutes being a swindler.
1 broreemmeanasstaday 2017-07-28
Begs the question then: Who recommended him to Seth Rich's family and why?
1 crielan 2017-07-28
I misread the title and thought it was the former FCC chairman Tom Wheeler who was finally speaking out and was very confused.
1 slanaiya 2017-07-28
We know he is a swindler independent of what he says about this party. He was full of shit the first time Fox News had him on to blather about pink pistol toting lesbians raping children up and down the country. So they invited him back because that's how Fox News rolls, and he has this Seth bullshit. When pressed it turns out his source for this lot of blather is....Fox News.
He's a swindler.
1 psyderr 2017-07-28
If you're full of shit does that make you a swindler?
1 SixVISix 2017-07-28
Facts take time. They're like love. Emotional, subjective conclusions are instant gratification. They're like heroin.
1 ArchonFall4All 2017-07-28
Vote manipulation and other interference is the status quo when it comes to Seth Rich. This is one of the topics they attack the hardest. I wonder why /s
1 psyderr 2017-07-28
Coincidentally, /u/forrealthistimeplaya often seems to benefit from the astroturfing
1 ArchonFall4All 2017-07-28
This fact hasn't gone unnoticed on my end
1 MissType 2017-07-28
Same. He's just be one of those lucky users who attracts instant and plentiful upvotes for his groundbreaking and refreshing insights.
1 Manalore 2017-07-28
Every. Single. Thread. Comment points get flipped upside down when this account steps in.
1 ArcherGladIDidntSay 2017-07-28
Always seems to have a lot of upvotes at the top of threads in many front page posts. Best critical thinker? Most researched? Most eloquent? I don't think so at all, but that's my subjective opinion. I wonder how they do it, because not everyone is the smartest, the most knowledgeable and the best at explaining their point of view all the time.
1 WooTs_67 2017-07-28
Can accounts that were banned on this sub still upvote comments?
Because they probably have hundreds of accounts that cant post, but possibly they are able to use them for upvotes
1 soups0n 2017-07-28
So now we're just making things up to explain popular different opinions?
1 WooTs_67 2017-07-28
explain what part I made up?
1 Iceboundend 2017-07-28
I was jus gonna say look at the comment history folks
1 Manalore 2017-07-28
Funny, I said the exact same thing. We needs mods on this.
1 Manalore 2017-07-28
They seem to think this sub is like r/politics. The sudden shift in lack of objective discussion for partisan misdirection is not welcome here.
1 Ignix 2017-07-28
Yeah, really suspicious user that one.
1 Landiesaw 2017-07-28
You've found a new way to call someone a shill.
1 psyderr 2017-07-28
Huh? No that's against the rules of the sub
1 WooTs_67 2017-07-28
Look who you replied to. Of course your going to get downvoted if you disagree with one of them
1 Manalore 2017-07-28
Just check the comment history enough said.
1 mideastmidwest 2017-07-28
And now it's at 32. Astroturfing for sure.
1 soss-boss 2017-07-28
what the fuck is an IT party?
1 LilMissGuided 2017-07-28
Grab some cat5 cable and I'll show you ;-)
1 blufr0g 2017-07-28
Floating balloons and Pennywise costumes?
1 crielan 2017-07-28
You're too old you wouldn't understand.
Serious guess though would be all the young technical intern nerds meeting up for drinks to blow off steam.
1 soss-boss 2017-07-28
so, Happy Hour? I'm just thrown off by the terminology. They could've simply said "party" or social gathering. IT party just sounds weird to me
1 crielan 2017-07-28
Yeah it definitely does sound weird but I could also see a 60 something put of touch executive calling it that when referring to a work get together for the interns.
1 BernieFiveEver 2017-07-28
Maybe the IT department at the DNC was having a party?
1 angry_cucumber 2017-07-28
clearly a lie, everyone knows IT drinks alone and in the dark to hide the tears.
1 d3rr 2017-07-28
Disappointing
1 borch3jackdaws 2017-07-28
Wasn't this guy caught straight-up lying before?
1 PiercePyrite 2017-07-28
Yep. Fox News had to retract a bunch of articles a few months back after he went LARPing.
1 Afrobean 2017-07-28
And you know what they say, if you ever lie once, that means you always are lying forever until you die.
1 Dirty_Johaness 2017-07-28
What is going on in here?!? I feel like /r/conspiracy has entered the twilight zone with these comments. No discussion. No open minds. We just see immediate condemnation of any possible conspiracy. Who is paying for this and, more importantly, where are the paid trolls from the other side of the aisle? Seems like the right missed a payment.
1 morethanhundred 2017-07-28
It is strange no one at the party has tweeted about that( someone did? ) . Maybe they were told to shut the mouths :(
