No, you are right, there is not. Just humans accessing the morphological, colloquially akashic, field which we all create :) Try it before you buy it! :D
Try it, this shit is real. Could be the development of a new sense, which isn't too far-fetched when you consider that every sense we have now had to develop at some point.
I am actually writing about that atm (trying to incorporate it into a TV script to get it some attention). If you have any other good info/resources, or even a really good video that hammers the programming (specifically sexualization of children) home then please send it to me.
I actually wonder if The Men that Stare at Goats was sort've made to try and make the CIA seem incompetent and that this shit can't exist to play on people's belief and really hide that it could be a reality to people
It was a book first, by Jon Ronson. Was later turned into documentaries before the film. Definitely worth a watch, look for "Crazy rulers of the world" on youtube.
The CIA will pretend to research certain areas, and produce/leak false results in order to get their enemies to waste resources looking into the same things.
If the Kremlin for example, thought that the CIA was actually getting results from psycics/remote viewing etc, they might be inclined to spend a ton of money and resources researching a dead end.
Fair point, but the info was relatively kept secret, and AFAIK nothing in the documents shown so far conclude any relative success or attempt to further it, so I don't think the Russians would see it as something actually worth also investing into. Good plan though, gotta give them that. I will be incorporating this into my dota strats.
Col. Ed Dames was one of the more famous "remote viewers." His remote viewing company bought up the rights and patents to a bunch of Russian psychotronics equipment. Many theorize that the psychic stuff is a cover story for mind interference tech they don't want to talk about.
Don't let this dissuade you from learning their methods! They work, they really do, and it is fascinating to feel for yourself.
I don't want to spoil a good hunt, so if you can find your way to techniques from reading this CIA doc about remote viewing, you will have made the connections personally, which are the best connections to make :)

The Men who stare at goats was entertaining. No such thing as a psychic though

The world's a weird place. Would you really be surprised if someone could tap into 'something else'?

Research more you'll be surprised.

The CIA disagrees.

This seems exactly like the kind of thing that the CIA would post.

I started a sub for this! r/projectstargate
Please check it out. OP is not correct in his statement that billions were spent on it. It was not much at all. And the methods were created at SRI.

Yeah, I don't really know what to make of it all, it's all so bizarre. All I know is that I don't 100% trust anything released by the CIA.

It also associates real esoteric phenomena like hypnosis, psychotronics, and trauma-based mind control, with total disinformation.

So it's bad when the CIA does it, but good when you do it. Got it.
1 Grarglejobber 2017-08-01
Yes, like any other tool, it can be used to build, or destroy :)

The CIA does the wrong thing, at the wrong time, for the wrong reasons virtually 100% of the time.
