Not on nofap or anything, but I did it for 9 days straight without failing once, and I can confirm there is something to it. After failing, I felt like a my life force was sucked out of me, and the next two days I felt drained as fuck. During the 9 days I did feel more energized/focused, I was even much more out going as well. I put it off as placebo for a little while, but I'm actually convinced there are benefits to it. I think porn is the real problem though not fapping itself. If one feels the need to search shit on PH way out of the ordinary then I think that's when someone has a problem, and where they would benefit from nofap alot.

There's a form of erectile dysfunction associated with fap/porn abuse. It is dually psychological and physical in it's effect on individuals. Some males experience a lack of libido others can't even get a rise without it.

Truths aren't a part of that rule, the rule deals with abuse and threats neither of which apply to my comment.
