The North Koreans may be "egging" the United States on to attack North Korea because doing so will bring on WW3, and the majority of North Koreans will be safe in their underground cities, while the majority of Americans will be evaporated by the Chinese and Russians.

North Korea would never attack. They may continue to develop weaponry but they are intent on preserving their nation, and since going to war would certainly mean the end of the Kim regime, they will never do so. A lot of experts on North Korean policy and diplomacy all agree on this point.

Any attack that comes from NK will be a false flag.
