Sound Frequencies
35 2017-08-18 by Riathy
I've just watched this video and at the start they give a reference to a doctor talking about killing cancer with sound.
Way back I read something about people changing the Hz in music from 432 Hz to 440 Hz
Do you guys think those might be linked?
I'm sorry, first real post here. I only lurk most of the time!

Interesting...but the video didn't work

Should work now!

Is this related to Dr. Leonard Horowitz?

I think this is the guy they are talking about:

I can't speak if the machine works or not, but why would they change the Hz from 432 to 440 for no real reason?
I'm not a musician but I thought just the idea might've been interesting to share here.

For sure, I'm not trying to keep you from looking into anything you find interesting, just helping to source information for you. Cheers.

At 432, middle c becomes 256 hz. Just seems to make sense that would be the standard.

I just watched that video the other day, as well! Anyways, possibly. Would the theory be that the higher Hz causes or makes the cancer worse in the body? Or, maybe it creates a more hospitable environment for it?

If I had to take a guess I'd say the latter. I'm not well-versed on cancer or anything, but it does like to me we have more and more cancer than we had before. Maybe it's because we keep learning more, we eat worse and more. It might not just be THE thing, but it adds up.

We eat way more sugar and much less vegetables. This is my best guess at cancer and a whole host of other modern diseases.

The theory is 432hz is in tune with other universe frequencies, the human heartbeat, etc...while 440hz is a choas frequency and non-divisible etc. Rockefeller set the 440 standard in the 1930s...why would they be involved if there was nothing to it? Tesla was big on frequencies being divisible by 2 and 3 etc.

Reminds me of this. A 3D Printed Cast That Can Heal Your Bones 40-80% Faster (using ultrasound).

You're missing a slash "/" in your first link. The fixed link is:

(It's a video about the Rife machine, for those impatient.)
I'm still looking for a link, myself. Seems like there should be one there but I haven't found it.

other way around. 440hz is standard, 432 has some mathematical properties.

I made a post literally about this, here's a link for NIH study on this matter. Resonant frequencies explode the cancer cells while not harming the other cells. Like a singer breaking a glass.

Turns out that Tesla guy was real smart.

I have been reading a lot about sound and frequency lately too! I've heard the reports of it curing cancer and other things too. Although, since I have not witnessed it firsthand, I don't know it true or not. But I do think sound and frequency play an important role in us (our minds, bodies, soul, etc.).

I remember years ago reading about a doctor in the 50s who used sound to find the resonant frequency of viruses to kill them. Big pharma had him killed. At work so can't watch the video to see if this is the same guy.

432 is divisible by 3 and 6 and 9 and 18 and...

Musician here. A lot of orchestras don't even use 440 as standard tuning anymore; they use 442 (which is like super fun if you're a strong player doing a tour of Europe and every concert hall has their piano at a different tuning.../s). I've heard rumors of 444 but I've never seen it. 442 sounds much "brighter" and it seems a lot of modern audiences prefer it. I use 440. I can't stand the way 432 sounds, unfortunately. I'd be interested to see the effects of rehearsing and listening to music at that tuning. But it just sounds so incredibly flat.

How does one change that?

Most tuners and pitch generators will allow you to adjust A=. The pitch generator on my phone allows me to type in a number. Most dedicated tuners or pitch generators give you a pretty big range, all the way from 432 up to 450 (if you're a string player, you'll probably break the string before you get it up to that pitch though.) Here is an interesting post on historical tunings. In earlier centuries the range was much bigger. Part of the conspiracy theory for 440 comes from the idea that Joseph Goebbels made 440 standard in order to make all of the German radio orchestras sound the same. He did apparently insist that they use this tuning but he isn't responsible for the international standard of 440; it was around well before his time.
