When you watch tv, read news or listen to radio you don't realize it but you're in a meditative trance.

When you disconnect from all forms of media from the outside you must detox.

Constructive personal meditation revives your soul and helps to detox the programming you've been sucking up.

As you heal and your soul grows you affect people around you (and rebuke their bulllshit definitely and clearly).

When many people meditate they become a collective force and can bend realities in far off distant places.
