Lump Summing it would be around 200 to 190+ million dollars after tax. That's quite a pretty penny, however you need to first cut off as many leashes on your as possible. This means using the snowball tactic to pay off debts (Hit bigger, coast down to smaller) and then putting a chunk of that into a savings account and dividing up the rest amongst some other options besides sinking a few in precious metals.

From there, using what's left, your best bet would be to buy up several acres of land far enough from the cities and working up building up a self sufficient farm with some livestock and greenhouse. If you're like several of the people in my group, you'll want walls, a bunker large enough to house several people plus supplies and other items and redundancy systems.

The entire point being to cut off as many possible leashes that the state/government has on you. Once you get a good footing, starting opening up some small businesses or online shops to start earning more cash and build up from there to the point you could become a potential player in the scheme of things.

• Raise an army of German Shepherds to be part of my growing pack. I would also rescue military or police service dogs of any breed and give them the retirement they rightfully deserve.

• Develop an online game, a news aggregator site and an online non-profit open source information repository (which I would fund many FOI requests).

• Start non-profits for helping communities with medical assistance and peer support rather than paramilitary force to combat the hard drug epidemic.

• I would want to help other causes but I'm skeptical of the established operations so I'd likely start up non-profits for veterans, domestic abuse victims, victims of sexual abuse and overall sufferers of mental illness who need peer support, homing assistance, health care assistance, etc. I would be interested in helping those affected by natural disasters but I don't know if it could be done without getting involved with FEMA at some level, which is a no-go for me.

Take a portion, set up some sort of stock portfolio invested into companies like Raytheon, Boeing, Northrop-Grumman with said portion that would obviously appreciate seeing as the MIC is everlasting.

The rest, along with the eventual net annual profits from the MIC account, would be donations/funds for a national, if not worldwide, mass research event into epilepsy & the side effects of cannabis-based treatments overseen by as many various groups as I could afford with the amount.

I'm not gonna throw money into this but that's always been my standard "what would I do if I won the lottery" answer.

Take them 700mil (this is not nearly enough to do BIG things) and try to make far more for a faster startup, create a secret society (keep it secret just in case things turn bad, again) and in time change the world to better for all... the end result would be Humanity as a whole (Worldwide Unity) living to better them selves, explore the unknown, try to understand the truth and many other things that would benefit our mind, body and soul. All this would be based on Good Values, Truth, Freedom, Love and Understanding.

Unfortunately there will always be Evil, bad, selfish, careless, greedy etc. people (i believe they are a huge minority but some of them even powerful, also this is in constant flux)... but that should not stop the rest to create a better world and share it with the rest!

The conflict of Good vs Evil is perhaps eternal but it seem that those in the middle are the most important.
