Mothership Glass... wtf??

So I'm watching this video on crop circles:

Dr Horace Drew - Decoding Crop Circles

and he gets to a spot about a particularly intricate crop circle, the Mothership Glass Crop Circle of August 6, 2016 -- so-called because it's the spitting image of the Mothership Glass logo.

Who/what is Mothership Glass? A high-end bong shop in Washington -- yes, they make really nice bongs for smoking weed. Now one might think that they simply modeled their logo off the crop circle, but it's the other way around. Here's their website from 2013 -- remember, the crop circle is from August 2016:

https://web.archive.org/web/20130404120005/http://www.mothershipglass.com:80/

And yes I see the old under-construction website says "Coming soon to abduct you". Hmm. (The message changes to a simple "Coming Soon" in 2015, and doesn't appear to go live until 2016.)

So, just to be clear, this company had its logo back in 2013, then it shows up (complete with encoded text) on a huge crop circle in 2016. WTF?????

Flash forward to the present day website

  • "Landing This Fall"

Um. Now click on Drop Zone, presumably the date when they "drop" their new designs:

https://mothershipglass.com/drop-zone/

  • 9.22.17

!!!!! Which is the day before our big date -- Sept 23, 2017 !!!!!

Yes this is fall equinox, so perhaps an obvious choice for a "conscious" company, but still...

I really don't know what to think, dunno if these guys have the best PR team ever or what the heck is going on. Just stumbled across this and HAD to share.

edit2: I just counted the dashes around the outside of the logo and oh hey guess wat there's 33 of them. Whew. (I re-read the third second article above, and it mentions this. Lots of detailed analysis there.)

Damn that's spooky.

I literally don't even know what to think about this. Wow.

Scott the owner of Mothership always said he learned his skills from aliens.

Interesting.

What if they made the crop circle themselves? Could be a marketing campaign.

Possible but that's a really huge, intricate crop circle. Hard to believe it was human-made; I don't think the tech to do this quickly and quietly currently exists. And why in the middle of a field in the UK for a Washington-based company?

Still, this has got to be the most "mainstream" explanation.

The guys at Mothership are well traveled and associate with other artists of their caliber from all over the world. They would definitely know people who could pull this off from an artistic perspective. And fiscally speaking, aside from being the most sought after and highest priced 'bongs' on the market, they have also sold multiple pieces for over $100,000.

Again: Possible, but if that's true there are major implications to all the other crop circles over the years. I wonder how much it costs (and who do I contact??) to commission a crop circle?

Burning Man. You'll find them at Burning Man.

It's what I love about crop circles...it's either art or aliens!

Huge difference between a crop sand circle in the desert and a crop circle in a wheat field.

Not literally, more as it's a massive gathering of artistic people from all over the world, who coincidentally build/construct large format artwork and meet one another.

Hey maybe. Like if you want a good progressive metal drummer, you go to a Dream Theater concert.

But damn that's impressive, if human-made.

if that's true there are major implications to all the other crop circles over the years.

If?

I thought at this point the methods behind crop circle construction were just a well known fact. It's stupid easy, all you really need is a well planned map, a rope, and a wood plank. With today's accurate GPS maps it's easier than ever.

Stupid easy? Make me a dickbutt in a Kansas cornfield. There's 60 doge in it for ya.

Crop circles are man made. There was a documentary on it a decade ago. It's something farmers like to do when they get bored.

3yr viral marketing setup? No way.

The crop circle appeared the same year they went live. Its their exact logo they had been using for 3 years previously. There is no way this is a coincidence, they made the crop circle as advertising.

Craziness

Ok, this is the fuckiest shit I've seen in awhile haha. Like, maybe they sell a few extra bongs? I don't buy it, crop circle like that would be spendy af.

Love to hear an alternative explanation here.

And the reverse explanation is absurd as well. Like ETs come to Earth and pick a bong-manufacturer's logo as their own. Whaaaat???

Unless...and bear with me here...there is a deeper connection between the owners of this Bong Shop and the creators of this Circle...

I'm open to ideas!

Perhaps there is more to this Bong Shop owner than meets the eye, that's all.

His silence on the topic speaks volumes.

The owner is an alien theory intensifies

They contacted him to do what he's doing to set this up. Just like Nikola Tesla got his technology from dreams in his head.

Exactly. Maybe revelation of the method has more to it than a bunch of creepy occultist elites?

i mean there is a real reason why his plan is illegal

Remind me! 6 hours

Well that's interesting AF

Was the website under construction for three years?

Also, anyone know the likelihood of drones being used to create crop circles?

This is very strange.

Thanks for sharing.

Honestly I think this one looks pretty man made. Everything seems a little wobbly - especially when you compare the symbols to the corresponding symbols opposite

I'm not sure what Im supposed to be from that

The way the crop circles are made have to do with the secrets of our realm (electromagnetism) we havent been able to duplicate a crop circle ever.

somthing maybe that has not been considered is that this mothership company has access to advanced tech?

I believe that they are all man made. What else is could it be? Its all farmers and property owners trying to get interest in their properties. It maybe some sort of unknown/obscure cult or organization conveying secret messages but even that isnt that interesting to me.

Weed is soma. Why do you think Netflix is making it. Welcome to the beginning of the something.

have you been watching Disjointed?

I don't understand.... Did you just spend like a day compiling this extremely vaguely tied together consipracy theory? I don't get it

interesting

Fake crop circles?

I'm of the impression that most crop circles are manmade, likely by a secret club of MIT students or something.

And the reverse explanation is absurd as well. Like ETs come to Earth and pick a bong-manufacturer's logo as their own. Whaaaat???

Hey maybe. Like if you want a good progressive metal drummer, you go to a Dream Theater concert.
