FEMA has now ran out of money thanks to 2 hurricanes in a row.

It's basically just a empty shell government agency who contracts foreign terrorists in big events to kill people, gather corpses and force people to get out of the disaster scene with extreme force, without any form of comfort.

When Other countries see disasters, they comfort the people and give them supplies and money (See what Macau and China did in front of a giant HAARP attack by the US before the hurricanes struck). When AMERICA sees disasters, they send out armored robocops with guns and force the people to evacuate, possibly even into places where criminals are EVERYWHERE.

But back to this.

FEMA has now RAN OUT OF MONEY and soon its role will be given to the united nations, which is funded by the US, but has communists teaming up with china and russia all over the place.

THIS is the prelude to the final occupation of America by the United nations into the new world order.

We had already surrendered the internet to the united nations, now the emergency reaction system is being surrendered to it.

Prepare for it because the United States is being occupied by globalists and zionists.

I've heard stories of UN troops in the country right now. Namely they have been seen guarding military bases in North Carolina which I find extremely disturbing.

The double-whammy will be when the IMF has to step in to bail out the US banking system in the next crisis. The world will look to use IMF SDRs as currency, and the days of the US dollar as global reserve currency are done.

FEMA is out of funding that will be retired with the next budget or hurricane bill.

Maybe we should worry about the cause of future increases if these kinds of storms. There is a clear and obvious conspiracy to suppress the findings of climate research.
