Catalunya wants to separate, the constitution of Spain, like many other constitutions states that Spain is indissolvable, the mayors and the government in Catalunya is going ahead with an unconstitutional vote on independence, there is propaganda everywhere and protests and ballot boxes, which if not paid for by stealing tax money (which would be suuuuuper illegal) it would have to have been raised by an outside party.

That section of Spain isn't poor, hence why they want to seperate, the rest of Spain apart from Madrid is broke as fuck. They would have used local junta funds for the marketing and ballots etc. If you think that's innapropriate or illegal, you haven't read enough about Spain, it's institutionally corrupt.
