Would you happen to know when the call for arson was made? The Oregon wildfire this summer was made by a teenager from Vancouver, WA: 38,000 acres, gone, from some sort of firework - but does anyone know it wasn't an ember bomb?
Would not be surprised if the fire fighting chemicals, dropped from planes, ruined large percentage of private water wells, making the water toxic, and only useful for something other than drinking or growing. Once, planes sprayed water to stop fire, but these days, toxic chemicals are used. the war for water is very obvious, and it does not appear that people are able to stop it. without water, everyone and everything is in trouble.
I pray that the people involved in destroying natural resources, will realize they are also contributing to the downfall of their children's futures.
The amount of marijuana being burned is the reason. There were massive farms lost in that fire and with the new recreational law out here it makes sense why they would burn it all down.
Winds are picking back up over the next few days down in Napa and Sonoma and Santa Rosa. The fires could get worse, and if someone is starting fires, it will cause massive devastation.
"Unleash Hell': New Al Qaeda magazine describes in detail how to start huge forest fires across the U.S..with instructions on how to make 'ember bombs' Al Qaeda has called upon its followers to unleash massive forest fires upon the United States this summer.

Sure wish the government was looking into it, at the very least (if those Isis claims are true)

Not sure about Black cars or any of that.
I do know they had hurricane force winds, which crippled the entire region when blown over, causing an ensuing fire.
Sounds like Puerto Rico politics/problems
