If he is right then it means the CIA is effectively controlling the narrative of this forum which is certainly worth being concerned about. It's discouraging to not have a place where rational people can talk freely. And that is the point of psy-ops. They distract the suckers with fantasy and depress the free thinking by getting away with it.
