Just putting it out there because a few days ago folks here were spammed with a similar type of pm pushing a cam girl site. Soon after, there was a major "active user" surge and subsequent brigade. A few users were actively targeted by bots. Just letting y'all know not to open the message if you receive one.
That's physically impossible...isn't it? I mean..I guess I could get them surgically switched..then I would have a tail..I'm bettin that would boost my cam views.

I think it is a bot that is trying to consolidate the effort to tag and easily downvote. Did your message ping your username? Mine was like, "hey, RecoveringGrace, I've looked through your history and you seem really cool... etc.."
We've been hearing about this a good bit the last week, and I'm considering making some sort of announcement about it. I haven't seen any of the links personally, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a phishing or IP scam. I'd advise caution against anyone following these links, unless of course you need the side cash.
