I need to explain a little bit about what I'm up to regarding this.

I have been following a certain twitter account that I believe has been sending coded messages that involve ISIS attacks.

Anyways..what I've been doing since then is trying to decode GPS coordinates that may be embedded in the twitter posts.

My latest example is this, regarding London.

Now, this twitter Post was first posted on September 8, 2017.

News articles on Tillerson visiting London were posted on September 8, 2017.

The GPS coordinates for London are as follows:

51.5074° N, 0.1278° W

The second number/west coordinate is what I'm working on right now. So, the number 1278 is what's important.

Disregarding the 250 number for now I'm focusing on the other sets of numbers.

For perspective I'm looking at it like this.

6 over 6 for first column, 22 over 1 for last column.

I add first column..I get 12, add second column I get 7, I add total of 3 and 4 columns and get 8, subtract last column of 22 - 1 and I get 21..resulting in the number 127821. Remember, I'm looking for the number 1278.

Here's where it gets interesting..Arabic is read from right to left.

So let's reverse the process.

Subtract 1 from 22

Add 5 and 2

Add 3, 4 and 1

Add 6 and 6

And read from right to left it is 127821 exactly the same number as the first process.

Edit: Very interesting..the twitter Post source (bottom of picture left) is the media outlet for the Eastern Lions.

GPS coordinate 0.127821 is dead center between the lions at Nelson's Column in Trafalgar Square, London. The set of lions facing east point to the Charing Cross tube entrance 30 yards away.

The Eastern Lions were ordered to evacuate Syria to Jordon last week by US coalition..

It's also right at the front door of Number 10 Downing Street. Gotta figure out how to decipher the North GPS coordinate.

Which is probably 51.50---- the last four digits probably not too crucial when looking in hindsight...but when trying to nail down and predict an exact location they're critical.

9/15/17 Edit: I guess this can count as a "partial success" now.

Post I made days after the attack. I read today that they raided a house on Cavendish Road in outskirts of London.

Decided to play around with Google Maps and GPS.

Update - 9/17/17 Second suspect arrested.

If read from right to left the 51.46 is easy to see.

The .4790 is very doable with the numbers in the code, but there are many different variations so it's not much help.

51.43 N is GPS coordinate for Wimbledon Park Station. Which is southern point of the Parson Greens line. It takes 11 minutes. There is a CCTV camera clearly visible at Wimbledon Park Station.
