Why would anyone ever search something like that on YouTube? First, only an idiot would think they'd get an actual result for that, and two the question doesn't even make sense. Yeah this just screams something manufactured to me. As I understand these suggestions arise because they are the terms being most commonly searched? Is that correct? I just don't see people looking looking to really answer that question (again the answer is no mystery) actually searching a place like YouTube for that and expecting to get a result. It makes no sense to me.
