Funfact: in early 2000 i think it was, a construction game came out, and when Building trump tower in that game, one of the companies you could play as , was Pepe construction. That game was launched by Redhat (think MAGA cap). I think maby the game is called red hat construction

So, not the video I was talking about, but they do have a video called "Frogs" from 2005 that starts off by flashing a large frog and an eye-ball, back in forth, repeatedly. But, that's not the one that I was thinking about.

The other one has something that looks a lot more like the meme. I'll replay back with that one if I find it, but last time I looked for it I couldn't.
