Well as a video editor myself I can tell you there is a way to achieve this is a special effect. I am not saying it is, but it recedes very quickly . Which is an dictation of the layer being quickly deleted. (A post production method using layered colors on the original image)

HOWEVER The start of the color change is very convincing. Again it can be edited to be very convincing, but seeing as how this was live. It have to be manipulated after. No way they rotoscoped that live with such a shitty web cam.

The more likely realistic answer is the frames lagged, and discolored his eyes with his flesh.

The best way to figure this out would be to comb over any public appearance of him, and find the same anomaly.

I would for sure say something to keep an eye on during his future appearances.

To expound (also for the other commenter), briefly, without too great a length statement, the main factor I was left with after drinking/smoking was that there is an inexplicable overpowering weirdness. There is definitely a sense of a massive intelligence, unknowable to conventional senses, ancient beyond comprehension. The force with which dmt slams the conscious state is immense and truly difficult to parse. I was able to imbibe frequently so I formed my own structure of reference for reality.
