checks out

Checks out in what way?

Zomg j00z of course.

Remember when this forum was overrun with that shit?

Remember when McDonalds released their schezuan sauce?

Pepperidge farms remembers.

I abhor when people equate Zionism with Judaism as a means of invalidating discussion here. Poop in the pool and everyone has to come out.

The real question though; is Zionism Jewish?

Yes absolutely but Judaism isn't Zionism. Squares are rectangles, but rectangles aren't squares. I think the Zionist policies of Israel are puuuuure evil, but also know practicing Jews who are wonderful people, and I do my best to not conflate the two despite the points of similarity

You mean mainstream pushed feminism really was about corporate interests, and creating division between men and women to destroy the institution of the family, hence ripping apart the fabric of society?

But my professors told me the family is the base unit of oppression.

Jordan Peterson would call them bloody neo-marxists.

lol great comment, take my upvote for what it is worth.

Feminism like modern art are both pushed by the CIA to weaken the Economic Left (Labor rights, unions) and replace with the Cultural Left.

I never thought about it that way.. I always wondered about the lack of "real left" politics in the US. Now it makes perfect sense...

That means the right created the boogeyman of cultural degeneracy.

How is this a daily reminder? You don’t post it every day.

Today's the first day.

The Hoover Institution is a unit of Stanford University[3] but has its own board of overseers.[4] It is located on the campus. Its mission statement outlines its basic tenets: representative government, private enterprise, peace, personal freedom, and the safeguards of the American system.[5] The institution is generally described as conservative,[6][7][8] although directors and others associated with it resist this description, saying that the institution is not partisan and that its goal is "to advance ideas of supporting freedom and free enterprise".[9]

The institution has been a place of scholarship for individuals who previously held high-profile positions in government, such as George Shultz, Condoleezza Rice, Michael Boskin, Edward Lazear, John B. Taylor, Edwin Meese, and Amy Zegart—all Hoover Institution fellows. In 2007, retired U.S. Army General John P. Abizaid, former commander of the U.S. Central Command, was named the Institution's first annual Annenberg Distinguished Visiting Fellow.[10] Current Secretary of Defense General James Mattis served as a research fellow at Hoover before being appointed by the Trump administration.[11]

The author of the piece has worked them over the years.

That is NOT to say the article (opinion piece) doesn't contain facts.

BUT if we are associating one time working with the CIA as a negative (due to their influence/etc and so on) then it stands to reason we should look at the author and their agenda and such as well (to get a more full picture).

From the article:

Steinem chose to do an honorable duty. She used her brilliance, networks, access, clarity of thought, communication skills and charm to work for the CIA.

She is celebrated anew for her personal and professional achievements, and she deserves recognition for her unapologetic service. Steinem doesn’t regret her time as a spook, saying, “If I had a choice I would do it again.” Would today’s CIA have a place for someone like Gloria Steinem?
