A book so dangerous that they bought out every copy
35 2018-01-11 by CaucasianEagle
By shifting the date of the Trojan War Alan Wilson connects together the forgotten history of Europe. This book is no longer available anywhere. I regret not purchasing it when I had the chance a few years ago. Anyone know how how to aquire an e-book version?
Here's a link to the book

Here's an interview by Wilson

This is from one of the reviews.
" A cautionary note to those who place medium above message, this book is a print on demand publication and clearly has not had the grace of time and resources to allow full proof reading or editing -to get it out there-, but like some of the best books ever read, the research speaks volumes."
Maybe see if you can contact the author?

I tried to get a copy of Programmed to Kill at a local B&N, they told that book was print on demand as well.

That's weird because I got that through Amazon in two days. But, now, this was when McGowan was alive.

Anyone have a contact?

Found two PDF links from a duckduckgo search one the 1st page. Can't verify if they are legit but this shouldn't be hard to find.
I can't recall the exact name of another book (something genocide of humanity something), but THAT book is very hard to find and the only online copy was near $3000, that's how real truth is usually hidden.

Not legit

Are you saying they definitely are not legit? How do you know? I mean, "never trust a PDF" and all that, but did you read it, do you know something about it?

Those sights are clearly scams.

The pdf file is: the-trojan-war-of-650-bc-fractured-history.pdf
There's a ton of sites that claim to have it, but you have to sign up for an account to read. i'll leave that up to you to dig further. Maybe you can come across one that just lets you see it.

Unavailable
1 martini-meow 2018-01-11
while it says unavailable, it let me put the item in my basket. $67.95 (probably Australian $). you could contact them and see if it really is.
I made sure to delete it from my basket so that it isn't stuck in some sort of limbo.

That is an awesome interview, it ends abruptly though when he starts talking about the main language spoken in England at the time of Nero.
Is there a full version of the interview?

He's got others. I put the shortest up to be more enticing for people to watch.

Hey OP, I’m a big history fan and from the little I’ve read about this guy and book so far (can’t find much and I only found out about it from your post), it sounds incredibly interesting. Do you have anymore info about what the book is about?
1 CaucasianEagle 2018-01-11
Check out the link to the interview I posted. I'm currently in the research phase for a book of my own. The author authenticates the European origin stories which all claim they were refugees fleeing Troy. The stories don't sound plausible until the date of the Trojan war moves forward. They were scrubbed from history when new. monarchies and the church grabbed full control. I am also very interested in his critique of chronological manipulation of history. I became interested in this after reading the book "History: Science or Fiction" by fomenko. He studied the motion of the moon and historical accounts of eclipses only to find that they did not allign with our current timeline.
1 Undercover_Mop 2018-01-11
That’s very interesting. I haven’t read about any of those origin stories. Definitely going to be lookin into it now.

Here's a couple to get you started. Aenaeas is identified with Italy. Brutus is identified with England.

Maybe reply to a verified purchaser's book review and see if they will sell you their copy.
Is the book in libraries?
1 mik0r 2018-01-11
Wow, this sure is a tough one to locate! But, thankfully there's this cool site called WorldCat that lets you search for books at libraries across the US by Zipcode. I searched for this one, and have used Worldcat many times in the past for a number of rare or hard to find titles. But only in this case has it only been found in 1 single library... Impressively rare indeed!
Link to the results: here
So if you're in the US and feel like taking a drive to Virginia, you could find it at that Library :-)
Note: The link in the "Buy It" section of that page shows it is not available at the linked retailer, as you might expect. So, safe to ignore that part. :)

You think they'd do a transfer out of state?
1 mik0r 2018-01-11
Maybe? I don't see why not, given its a common request for libraries that participate in the transfer system. Might want to give them a call or shoot an email to confirm though.
1 toddsgoodlife 2018-01-11
I’ve had books transferred from out of state before. So definitely give it a try and if you get it, make a digital copy and free the knowledge.
1 CaucasianEagle 2018-01-11
I'll have to pay my library fines first 😩
1 mik0r 2018-01-11
An interesting side-note: Trafford Publishing is listed as the publisher of this title. Searching by Author, ISBN, and Title show 0 results on their page, oddly. Most publishers at least show the result if they've published something, even if its no longer in print.. Interesting indeed.
I have sent them an email asking why they don't list it anywhere in their results, and if they have any plans to re-print or release an e-reader version if they do not plan to re-publish anytime in the future. I'll follow-up if/when I get a response from them.

Very interesting, you should post this in /r/alternativehistory
