The 13th amendment made prisoners slaves and not have basic human rights whike the 14th amendment gave corprations full human rights even though a corporation isn't a person. Nonhuman entities have more rights than actual humans.

SS: the corprations have conspired with legal rulers to give nonhuman things rights while also denying actual humans rights all to protect the echelon and to make sure the rich don't become prisoners bc of incorporation. You cant jail a corporation though it is a human. Pretty crazy that this isnt viewed as insane. Just wait till AI have more rights than people...

Hell, some corporations have been deemed to big to fail. They can't even die from their own mistakes. Good post!

13 amendment didn't change anything about the rights or treatment of prisoners. It was already the norm to treat prisoners as involuntary laborers. The 13th amendment outlawed chattel slavery and indentured servitude and included a clause to assure people, "Don't worry, this doesn't change how prisoners can be treated." If they didn't, every prisoner doing involuntary labor would immediately be able to sue. Basically, the 13th amendment broke up plantations but left prisons intact.

I don't think prisoners should be treated as slaves, either, I just want to point out it's ahistorical to suggest they weren't until the 13th amendment "made" it that way.

Clean up the trash. Plant and care for trees and wildlife preserves. A couple of dogs and some shotguns keeps most people from running

Hell put them to work on infrastructure projects. City streets have no reason to have potholes when you have a county jail full of able body asphalt pourers
