Very strange. Not one person on earth who has the equipment and knowledge to take some video or pictures of this, has done so. You'd think it'd be a great opportunity.
Yes, I'm aware that 43205 exists in the database, but there seems to be confusion about what it is. Musk has stated that the upper stage has completed its solar orbit burn, so I don't know what's being tracked. I presume its the parking orbit that wasn't removed or updated since the 3rd burn.
I hate to break it to you but NASA, Space X, or any "space agency" is not to be trusted or taken at face value. They might as well be classified as Hollywood agencies that are just perpetuating the space myth.
I try not to just "accept" anything on faith alone without actual evidence. Try to find real pictures of satellites in space and see what you come up with.
Exactly. Project Loon, High altitude balloons, drones, tower triangulation, High speed buried cable, Skywave propagation. There are many ways that gps and communications can work more efficiently than sci fi satellites would be able to.
Is that really the best "real pictures" of satellites you could find? Do you not find that highly suspicious when there is supposed to be thousands up there?
To be honest though I don't care to get in a big argument about it. You obviously have trust in NASA (and space agencies) and believe everything they say on face value. I do not trust them and would rather rely on evidence then faith alone. So again I don't feel like arguing with another NASA die hard as nothing will change your mind.
The ISS is the largest satellite in orbit and is bigger than any other satellite. It's is also much closer than any other satellite.
ISS is about 400 kms above Earth.
GPS satellites are about 20,000 kms above Earth. 50x further than ISS
Weather satellites are about 36,000 kms above earth. 90x further than ISS.
Even if you don't believe they are up there, do you at least understand the huge amount of distance difference between these numbers?
But you want evidence. GPS knows where you are and how to get to various places. Do you think everyone who knows how they work are in on the ploy to trick you into thinking they are up in space when they really aren't?
What about all the governments that have satellites in space? The current and former members are all in on it? What about private companies that pay to have there stuff sent up? They are ok with spending millions so they can trick everyone?
It's one thing to not believe everything, it's an entirely different thing to think stuff doesn't exist cause you can't understand it or see it with your own eyes.
I don't see why they couldn't. You would need way less of them than the shitload of orbiting satellites my GPS says are above me at any time. For that matter. for all I know, my gps receiver is really just a loran receiver and doesn't even use satellites. That would be way cheaper, and would explain why I lose reception when in the hills and there's plenty of open sky above me.
Name calling and defending organizations that have been caught lying countless times?? I guess I'm stupid because I don't blindly trust known liars, ok..
No clear photos of a red car on a mount as it was 700km away going roughly 18,000 mph (29,000kph). Even photos of the ISS are hard to achieve and that's at 400km. Some photographers in Arizona got some good shots of it right as it was starting it's final burn though
Anything is possible, but it's the size of a 2 door car and 700km away. The ISS looks like a tiny dot when photographed and it's 300km closer while being the size of a football field.
It’s almost impossible to see because it’s incredibly tiny and moving incredibly fast. Why do you conspiracy guys always have so little science knowledge? It’s like being dumb makes you afraid to learn.

That's not the final inclination. That was the parking orbit prior to the third burn.

Here is the current one, showing that it is 0s from real time: http://www.satflare.com/track.asp?q=43205#TOP

Exactly. For some reason, no one is asking this question (that I've seen). Does this not reek of bullshit to anyone else?

So you accept that GPS works via geostationary sattelites?

How about the ISS and a Shuttle Orbitertaken from the ground?

Perpetuating the space myth? Are you really that stupid?
1 whenipeeithurts 2018-02-07
What a surprise! Ad hominem from indoctrinated "outer space" zealots.
1 Captain__Sterling 2018-02-07
I'm indoctrinated because I don't believe in a six-thousand year old myth that states we live in a big fish bowl?

Because SpaceX has proven themselves wildly controversial, right?

I understand that it wouldn't be "easy" to get video or photographs, but surely it has to be possible?

Do you realize how small a tesla is and how big the night sky and the rest of fucking space is?
Is everyone on this sub that retarded?

No one said it would be impossible, but just cause it is possible doesn't mean it was done.
