We are all debt slaves because of the federal reserve banking system.. Who cares if UFOs are real or fake, that won't help humanity live better.

I'd also like to mention r/giveusbackourtinfoil for more non-political, twilight zone/xfiles kind of conspiracy.

The word conspiracy means "a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful". That's what we're here to discuss. The topics you allude to are only indirectly connected to that idea. Topics like aliens or psychics are relevant here due to the evidences of government cover-ups or maybe to discuss what groups of people "in the know" about the topics might secretly do, not because extra terrestrial life or supernatural powers are themselves "conspiracies". That's not to say those topics and other "general strangeness" aren't interesting and worth discussing, it's just that that's one reason you don't see people engaging with those topics with the same zeal as other topics directly discussing groups of people with secret plans to do harm.
