Whistleblowers often suffer from severe psychological problems. About 80% report very negative effects on work and wages, and almost 50% very negative effects on family life. About 45% suffer from clinical levels of mental health problems such as anxiety and/or depressive symptoms.

Thank you for this. I am in a dilemma right now that if I do the right thing it will put people out of work in a place where jobs are scarce. I am losing sleep over it now an I have not said anything yet. The stigma of being a snitch, the idea that I may never be able to get gainful employment in this town again makes me think I should just keep my mouth shut. "Not my company not my responsibility". But it is. fuck

What a difficult position to be in. Just don't put yourself in a position where you're left holding the bag. Best of luck!

I fear I could be scapegoated. There are only 2 people above me in the company. I know better therefore I should do better. I struggle with the morality of protecting myself while possibly putting others at risk. I mean would you really care about my bills if I my silence harmed someone you cared about. I could claim ignorance but that just harms me with future employers. Fucked if I do, fucked if I don't. Better grab some lube.

Half will think u r a snitch the other half will think u were unethical. Either way it will effect your professional reputation.

This is important because many people have no idea what they are getting themselves into. An attorney will paint a rosy picture and not explain that you might be putting yourself and your family in jeopardy. Kim dot com posted yesterday When you become knowledgeable about the deep state you can do one of three things:

  1. Be quiet. Don’t anger the bully or become a target.

  2. Be loud. Call out the bully and get bullied.

  3. Join the bully. Earn Brownie points.

Now I know why I lost my job! Lol
