I reluctantly agree. Every human has the right to some access to potable water, but no one is obligated to provide the water to you for free.

But at the same time, I believe companies are abating some people's rights by basically stealing entire springs and selling it back to the people.

Not to mention poisoning public water (or just letting it go to shit) so you have to buy clean water from them

What Nestle' is saying is that private property rights come with the Godlike empowerment to decide who lives or not and that will be who can pay or not.
