What's the point of focusing on conspiracy theories?
0 2018-03-07 by TheLotusLover
If the bulk of what you guys believe is true then why bother? There's no way to fight an entity that can fake a moon landing and 100+ inside jobs. It would be a loosing battle spending valuable energy from your life, it would be like trying to avoid death. Pointless

The problem is there are far more people than there are the “entity” - people just choose to ignore what’s in front of them. We (so called “conspiracy theorists”) have the duty to continue to educate the masses and make a call to action. It’s slow, but it has proven effective.

This is certainly true.
For an example, I have tried to share with people the idea that War is a hoax. If the people at the top run all of the countries, why would War be real? Sure, there might be armed conflicts, but this is not 'war' as understood by the masses.
Most of the time, even 'awake' people have emotional reactions (anger) when I raise this point.

Yes, that would be different from 'war' as understood by the elites.
Although war often profits the elites, it also exposes large populations to combat training. After the war, those former troops are dangerous to the elites, especially in socially tense situations.
The elites have to control the military firmly, all the way down the chain of command to ex-sergeants. That means, in a way, the war will "benefit" the common people. It's a very tricky social puzzle piece.

Theres no way to influence a football team's result, but people still talk about it. Its interesting, and if enough people did ever understand how the world really works then said 'entities' would no longer be able to operate.

To some the truth is more important than victory.
Some people just want to know.
Others want fame for exposing things.
Others want justice or fairness.
Others just have a shitty feeling about the way the world is going.
The one thing I have discovered looking through all these conspiracies is that the majority of them are bullshit, designed to distract, trap or scare people into this exact mindset.
"Oh well it's all hopeless, what's the point." From everything I've seen, these people are just that: people. Greedy, moralless psycho and sociopaths who actually have far less power than they would have you believe.
There is no ultimate secret they possess, no alien knowledge, no magic - no demon summoning. It's all an illusion, just as Varys said in Game of Thrones "Power, is a shadow on the wall and a very small man can cast a very large shadow".
These people are weakling, scared little bitches with long knives and lots of money. They're dangerous but their plan is far from assured.

What is the most important truth you have discovered so far?
1 jaydwalk 2018-03-07
The world is a stage and everything is created to distract and entertain. Elites write the script and the politicians and celebrities act it out as best as they can...

Damn, that is a terrific answer. Thank you.
Every now and then, this sub surprises me. There are still some thinking people out there.

The more that know the less possibility it will be tried again
1 Step2TheJep 2018-03-07
What is your evidence for this claim?

common sense

Developing critical thinking skills will help keep you from being duped in the future.
1 Step2TheJep 2018-03-07
This is certainly true.
Where would you recommend people go if they want to improve their critical thinking skills?
1 MesaDixon 2018-03-07
Blind Men and the Elephant
1 Cunty_Balls 2018-03-07
What's the point in reading about history? You can't do anything about it. It's pointless.
1 MesaDixon 2018-03-07
You have chosen... poorly.
1 Cunty_Balls 2018-03-07
I was being sarcastic dumbass.
1 MesaDixon 2018-03-07
But you were so believable...

To remind people to think for themselves. Everyone has different motives.
1 Step2TheJep 2018-03-07
What if some people are quite happy to not think for themselves?
Aldous Huxley called them 'epsilons'. I call them 'high school graduates'.
1 Filipino_Pleaser 2018-03-07
So because you graduate high school you can't think for yourself?
1 Step2TheJep 2018-03-07
That is the entire purpose of school, and it is not actually a secret.
Look up 'Six Purposes of Schooling' by John Taylor Gatto.
Or alternatively check out this short video.

Just because you want to be able to get a decent job so that you can provide for your family doesn't mean you can't think for yourself. I trust someone who was able to accomplish something (hs diploma) to be able to think for themselves and make life decisions more than I trust a high school drop out working at 7/11.
1 Step2TheJep 2018-03-07
Why would you 'trust' either of them?
Why not just think for yourself and come to your own conclusions?
1 Filipino_Pleaser 2018-03-07
Correction: trust their ability to think for themselves.
1 Step2TheJep 2018-03-07
If they have been through 13 years of indoctrination, their ability to think for themselves has been severely diminished. That is the whole idea.
1 jaydwalk 2018-03-07
You're right, I was blinded in high school. I learned to regurgitate, but once I left and actually started asking questions and seeking answers did the world truly show me what it is...mostly disgusting powerful people manipulating the stage for their agendas.
1 Step2TheJep 2018-03-07
Weren't we all? They build up our egos by telling us how smart we are for repeating their dogma.
Just repeat what is in their books and you are smarter than all of the men who lived before 'science'!
Yes, the great light in the sky is a ball of helium and hydrogen, and even the smartest men of the past didn't know this, but you do, because you repeat what we say, so you are sooooooooo smart!
And like lemmings we go along with it. And most people can never break the conditioning.

A sense of control in a fucking loony shit world. Human beings are always seeking a sense of control over things in their lives..

Curiosity, Knowledge, Entertainment, to seek out others who want to know more. There are a variety of reasons.
There is always a way to fight. The trick is to fight.
1 missylizzy 2018-03-07
That is why I tend to focus more on the "spiritual battles." Not sure how much we really have control over.
1 1-800-GOFUCKYOURSELF 2018-03-07
Truth is not a fight between you and them, truth is a fight between you and yourself.
1 VeganSavage 2018-03-07
Knowledge of the truth is the best way to make the right decisions for yourself and others in the moment.
1 irwin_normal 2018-03-07
i think FUCK YOU is the best response to this (i might be wrong)
1 jaydwalk 2018-03-07
You can't get back into the matrix once you see the world for what it truly is...
1 OldFoxfire5 2018-03-07
Prefer to know then not know. Usually it's more of s personal choice. Literally the red bra. Blue pill. It dousnt matter to us if no-one believes in whatever topic when we are also painfully aware of the lack of research by the majority

Inner peace.
It’s quietly comforting knowing when something is bullshit.
I’m almost at the point now where I don’t try to seek alternative explanations too. When I first entered this scene I was all about “lifting the veil” and “exposing truth”, but I’ve found that to be mostly a futile endeavour. Such high quality evidence to affirm a particular theory rarely exists, so you end up in a cognitive limbo where you know something is false but there is nothing to fill the gap left behind.
As I get older I’m less bothered leaving the gap I filled, and not knowing the whole truth. I am increasingly satisfied just being able to spot bullshit when I see it.
