Pro-Lithuanian Police Proganda on /r/all

A few days ago this video which describes a scandal about politicians in Lithuania abusing children went viral. The young man narrating the video states 240 police officers came to his home so they could return his cousin to her mother that was allegedly unconcerned with the reports of abuse. Now a mysterious and highly upvoted pro-Lithuanian police post has appeared on /r/HumansBeingBros and made it to /r/all. I believe this propaganda is a direct response to the video. The timing is too much of a coincidence in my opinion. In order to be appear less suscious it seems like the OP referenced international woman's day to give the post relevancy.

Coincidence or Conspiracy?
Google search the image and see how many page results you get that were posted in the last 24 hours.

Conspiracy. /u/dickfromaccounting posted it and he obviously works as a social media manager to help brands and other entities spread messages and propaganda.

This is no more a "conspiracy" than one simply countering negative press about the police with positive press about the police. Redditors do that all the time, especially in our hyper-partisan and hyper-divided society, without it being a "conspiracy" ffs

How is it "mysterious?" It's from a well-known karma whore. Seriously... how is it "mysterious"?
Also, the one story is about POLITICIANS being pedos. This video is about the POLICE. The only common thread you give is LITHUANIA.
The stupid things some people get their panties in a twist about.
