I went back a while, I don't think she personally uses that account. It's all official communications, most likely put out by her office in her name. Promoting events/appearances/trips, commemorating holidays, condolences on deaths and tragedies, etc. I can't find a single tweet that doesn't look like it went through a committee.

What's interesting, as I read on another post, is that this tweet uses a comma, space, followed by & character: ", &" - something common in Trump's tweets, but as far as I can tell never used before on @FLOTUS.

The comma thing you're referring to is the serial/Oxford comma, something which is a lot more common in American English. It's a nice observation, as Melania (with a Central European upbringing) would most likely not be in the habit of using the serial comma (as demonstrated in your tweets).
