Always a perfect circle, so either they lie about Earth's shape or the pictures are fake. I've taken several of the official Earth pictures from Apollo 17 and some supposedly non-composite satellite pics and put them in Photoshop. You can zoom in 3000 percent to make sure you're measuring accurately. If it's 4000 pixels wide, then that's 1 pixel per 2 miles, so Earth should be about 7 pixels wider than taller. If you measure it, it's exactly the same pixels wide as it is tall. No bulge, no pear shape and these are allegedly real pictures taken from space.
For some reason, they have never once released an HD "image" (they never take photographs either, they are always CGI, yes, even according to them) with the Earth being 8000 pixels wide, 1 pixel per mile of diameter. 4000 pixels wide, it would be 1 pixel per 2 miles. That's about 7 pixels, a measurable and noticeable difference by far. It's never wider by even a single pixel.
Haven't they taken something like 2 trillion dollars of taxpayer money, and counting with little to show for it? You'd think they could buy a decent camera. Why are there only pictures 2000 pixels wide like an old phone took them? Maybe if they provide decent-sized pictures I could accurately measure.
The first one I looked at is CGI, the one where something (doesn't look the Moon, but they are calling it that) passes in between the camera and Earth, there is a big green line coming out of the top of Earth, and all kinds of weird pixels out in space, which should be nothing but black (all CGI errors). The way to fix the atmosphere problem is to remove all the color black from the image. Then place your guides at the furthest colored pixels of the Earth so you end up with a square. Then draw a 1x1 ratio circle starting at the top left, ending at the bottom right. Observe a perfect circle.
You do realize NASA is responsible for the initial investment into microprocessors?
Cell phones have made more than 2 trillion privately, thank NASA for the camera in them. Also thank NASA For the communication protocols they use and the infrastructure to make the satellites they use.
Ever heard of an LED lightbulb? Used everywhere? Thank you NASA.
Portable computing...
THe mouse...
Wireless headsets...
That right there is a hell of a return on that investment.
Anyone reading this can take a quick look at the history of any of that and you'll find that NASA didn't invent nor was even the first to use any of that. Sure, they use that stuff now, but at what cost? 2 trillion dollars to be a consumer of those technologies?
infrastructure to make the satellites they use
Billions wasted on the bloated price tags they put on them, at a cost they name, for the taxpayers to pay for, for something undersea cables takes care of 99% of the time. As far as telescope satellites: the Hubble takes pictures, but the SOFIA airplane takes the same pictures. The 50 billion dollar the taxpayers paid for the space station? To do what, back flips and grow plants in zero-G? Some return.

Some people dont like science, I do however and this shit is incredibly fascinating.
The fact you dont know anything about how NASA has benefited us shows to me how little yo uknow about this subject.
No kidding. They spent all those billions on the satellite and their own ordinary plane could do the same thing ... I'd "laugh out loud" too if it wasn't so tragic how the taxpayers got fleeced.
this shit is incredibly fascinating
Agreed about the sky being fascinating. Government employees up there performing tricks for the camera and little else for $50 mil a day, not so much.
From days of long ago, from uncharted regions of the universe, comes a legend; the legend of NASA, Defender of the Universe, a mighty Studio, loved by fools, feared by controlled opposition. As NASA legend grew, peace settled across the galaxy. On Spinning Ball Earth, a Galaxy Alliance was formed. Together with the good planets of the solar system, they maintained peace throughout the universe, until a new horrible menace threatened the galaxy (the truth). NASA was needed once more. This is the story of the super force of space fans, specially trained and sent by the Alliance to support NASA, Defender of the Universe!

True that.
The title pretty much speaks for itself anyway:

How does GPS work?

That's funny, I have been asked this same question in the past 48 hours in a non sequitur fashion.

Almost like it's part of some script.

No but seriously how does GPS work in the middle of the ocean.
1 joe_jaywalker 2018-06-14
Have you ever used GPS in the middle of the ocean?
1 eat_shit_and_live 2018-06-14
Yes.

Because it's the easiest rebuttal to your theory. Rest assured im no bot or script.
More questions concerning flat Earth and fake sky..
How does an eclipse work? Are moon rocks fake? Whyd they spend so much money on a hoax? Whats there to gain?
How do you explain meteors and comets if the sky isnt real?

What does that have to do with this post?

Triangulation via cell towers.

Funny you have ocean in your name.
Ships use GPS to navigate the ocean. What cell towers are used in the middle of Pacific?

I thought Earth was supposed to look like a pear? That's the conspiracy: why is there no pear-shaped Earth graphic ever used?

Indeed, every one I've seen is a perfect sphere.

Its 21km thicker at the equator than it is from pole to pole.
Thats a pixel difference.

Here is your problem though, atmosphere.
But please open it in photoshop and see.
