There's an old video game I played called "CIMA: The enemy". Its premise was, there was a race of aliens called CIMA, that would live off the emotions of humans. To do this they would trap humans inside simulations. All the simulations had a "way out", until the humans got to the very end, and then they would drain all their "hope" energy as all their hope was lost.

You think that's weird. There is another game called "naissanceE" where you play as a lost soul trying to escape from the Soul Recycling Center and flee from the Soul Reaper.

They are like bullies toward other ET races. They can be killed, but you won't believe it due to their corruption of religion, which makes them look like unstoppable esoteric forces. They are ETs. They love being bullies using their relative physical, technological and mental power against others like dick heads.
