The OP's premise is still quite flawed, in that it assumes that ETs would want to eat Mexicans and endure all the spice and flatulence. If I were picking people to eat, I'd go after Icelanders and Scandinavians, because the cold keeps them well-preserved, and they're generally lean, unlike Wisconsiners.
