There are definitely subs which allow anti trump hatred and rhetoric, they however don't also foster the paranoia and disconnect from reality that q subs did. And more importantly, for the admins at least, don't bring as much negative media attention.

Considering subs are nothing but a collection of users that point seems moot. All reddit is doing is akin to a coffee shop not allowing a certain club to assemble there any more because they scare other customers away. If your subreddit consistently attracts and encourages people who require banning it's a problem with the subreddit not the users. If I started a group which routinely accused people of eating babies it would be naive or pure lies of me to say "I never wanted violence against the baby eaters". That's what q subs did.
