That's an awful attitude. Not sire how long you've been on reddit but I've been here for years and had a ton of fun and learned a ton and got to get on my soapbox, all for free :)

Why would I want to pay all that back with fuckery? Whether I stay or move on, they have a right to try and make a profit for once.

I believe very firmly we all have karma that is a living result of the good or bad actions we've undertaken in our lifetimes. A one to one result of causes we've made as effects that are out lives (cause and effect).

So anything nasty I would do to someone, including reddit, just fucks me over karma wise and will come back to me in a one for one fashion.

It's never about one event. Karma is a lifetime of actions from grandiose gestures to tiny daily monotonous actions. They add up over time.

The modern metaphor for cleaning up your karma is that old hose that been sitting in the garden for years used. First time you hook it up to the faucet, it takes a while for the water to run clean as all the dirt and shit has to be flushed out first. Karma takes a while to undo just as it does to accumulate.

And not sure which subs you are worried about but, most of the ones quarantined were pretty awful ideology wise and infested with the stormfront assholes. Add in some self loathing incels and it's a toxic mix. Be careful if you are involved in those. They can be really bad for mental health.

Censorship is great so long as it is your team that controls it, right? If don't agree with a sub's ideology, you could simply ignore it.

That's exactly what quarantining is.
