Sorry to bother you. It seems that I have lost my ability to find my way through Reddit and your sub. Could you send me a link to the rulse. All I see are the site wide Reddit rules. I think there are about 6. The last time I checked, each subreddit only had the ability to pose 9 maybe 10 rules. Do not exactly remember. So I am very interested in what rule 12 and 13 are. Are these what come up in your list that comes up when leaving a reason for a rule violation. I know you are able to list 12 or 13 there. I know this because I was a mod in the late great awakening. As a mod I had received a 3 day suspension from the admins for a comment I made. Not even sure what it was. They never told me. So it is important for me to know what the rules are in this subreddit. Until I read the rules and have a good understanding of them, I am unable to make any submissions. So when you get a chance, can you shoot me the link. respectfullu Omnipresenthuman
I’ll say this one more time, Bernie is a fraud. This immediate dismissal of Kavanaugh is just one more example of his dishonest ways. He talks a good game, but in the end, he always plays with the rest of the unhinged left.
Can you point to one thing - literally just one thing - in Bernie's history that would make you think he would support Kavanaugh? What line is he toeing?
Bullshit party line. Bernie would never have done anything but oppose a candidate like Kavanaugh, right out of the gates. To think otherwise is just being in denial.
It is so intellectually dishonest to pretend that someone can't be against someone politically and ideology (as all democrats are) and still be interested to finding out what the FBI finds. Especially since this guy, like him or not, is about to become a lifetime Supreme Court Justice.
A senator's job is not to vote on a SC justice based on politics or whether you like him or not or agree with him politically. Their job is to advise and consent. Are they a good judge or no. That's why Republicans vote to confirm Democrat nominees, despite disagreeing with them politically. But the Democrats routinely play politics with everything. They are intellectually dishonest - everywhere and everytime.
Like the time they refused to vote on Obama’s Supreme Court nominee? Or that time they spent 6 years making their goal to obstruct the president? Shut up shill, both sides are babies
Kennedy was a moderate. And they're trying to replace him with a conservative. Kennedy voted along the constitution and not political lines.
It's a life-long appointment that fundamentally can change the outcome of our country. Put party politics aside. Most people don't want kav and don't want an uber liberal nomination. We need another moderate.
That's why Republicans vote to confirm Democrat nominees, despite disagreeing with them politically. But the Democrats routinely play politics with everything.
Merrick Garland would like several words with you.
The Supreme Court isn't supposed to be partisan. The justices are supposed to be above partisan politics. The Republicans put an incredibly partisan candidate out front, and you don't expect people to have opinions about that?

Not only dishonest but insulting when people try to lay that drag down. Everything you mention, I couldn't agree with you any more. Thanks again for your input.

Don’t forget your SS, brother.

You think Bernie of all people who support a Bush-era lawyer who justified mass surveillance by the NSA and FISA abuse?
1 OrdinaryAardvark 2018-09-30
Only if they're prochoice and anti-gun.
1 WEEEIRD 2018-09-30
Bernie isn't very anti gun, that's one of the biggest criticisms he gets from the left
1 OrdinaryAardvark 2018-09-30
I don't know, I think he's pretty nutty when it comes to guns.
1 Amateurism 2018-09-30
That must be why vermont has been electing him for decades now
1 accountingisboring 2018-09-30
Right, that’s all he did, associated him with Bush-era and immediately opposed. He didn’t read any of his opinions, just immediately opposed.

GWB is the left's favorite dude right now.

Are we still pretending this is partisan at this point?
1 AdSin15 2018-09-30
Why on earth would Sanders support a conservative stooge for SCOTUS?

Bernie's stance on the freak show was very disappointing. It shows that when it comes down to brass tacks, he toes the line.
1 venCiere 2018-09-30
Tows the line?

This is yet another petty jab by Grassley.

Except Democrats voted for Gorsuch. So maybe it’s Kavanaugh that’s the problem.
1 accountingisboring 2018-09-30
They supported him because he was a moderate, Kav is a conservative.
1 Go_Spurs_Go 2018-09-30
You misspelled drunk.
1 accountingisboring 2018-09-30
Nope, pretty sure I spelled it correctly.
Nice try though.

Three. Three Democrats voted for Gorsuch.
1 Go_Spurs_Go 2018-09-30
That’s more the Merrick Garland got republican votes...

That's more than Merrick Garland got Democrats votes, too.

He’s saying it’s a petty jab by Grassley and you’re saying Grassley laid the smack down on Sanders. How can you agree with everything he’s saying lol
1 HijackerPassport_CIA 2018-09-30
I could decide in two seconds; he was a Bush Admin dipshit who helped create a “legal” framework for torturing false confessions out of Muslim patsies
1 AdSin15 2018-09-30
Yup. doesnt take long to make a judgement on these douchbags.
Also he refused to give an answer when he was asked if Trump could pardon himself!
Even the most absurd Trump stooge understands that is a disqualifying non-response.
The answer is no. The potus cant pardon himself. Everyone knows that. Even children will answer that correctly if you explain what it means to them.
1 digiorno 2018-09-30
ITT: A lot of Bernie bashing which indicates that he must still be a threat to TPTB.
Establishment lackeys on both the left and the right seem to be scared of him.
He should run again.
1 AdSin15 2018-09-30
Wow...Chuck Grassley telling Bernie Sanders about the constitutional duty to advise and consent?
He clearly has no shame at all.
Hey Chuck...where was your constitutional duty when Obama nominated Merrick Garland?
Oh right...you're a fucking pathetic hack.
1 Go_Spurs_Go 2018-09-30
