Podcast/youtube channel suggstions with GREAT hosts
1 2018-10-09 by QuicktapMcgoo
I'm looking for any recommendations of podcasts, youtube channels, etc on unexplained mysteries, alternative archeology, cryptozoology, etc that have a dynamic, interesting, engaging host or hosts. I can make it through clunky writing, or unedited, free form stories, and even average production values...but I need a really good host to pull me in.

Only stupid answers as the best hosts! Although the podcast is not based around the topics you mentioned (they mainly talk about movies, tv, or comics) but they have done a few episodes on aliens, ghosts, two episodes on cryptids, A.I., time travel all that fun stuff. Check them out!

I like the guys who host the What If? podcast.
I listened to a 4 part series over the weekend about odd disappearances - epidode 24 is the first of the four. Weird, fascinating stuff.

Yeah very funny, well researched and thoughtful podcast by former Irish comedians itโs great.

I like them too. It's rare that I don't laugh out loud listening to them, which is nice with the dark subject matter.
OP if you see this - LPOTL hosts are kinda like a zany radio morning show. BUT their research is detailed and solid. When listening to true crime stories it's easier if you can find a reason to laugh.:)

I like the mile higher podcast (I think they do youtube too) it's more of a conversation than just a story.

Higherside chats, joey Diaz, alien theorist theorizing, the things they donโt want you to know, etc.

I disagree with THC having a "great host". The guests speak and Greg chimes in with "yeah man I totally see that, the puppet masters definitely pull strings" or similar. His intros are thoughtful on the other hand

Yep I love his shows an the fact you only have to pay for the old ones the newest is always free. He really helps you to visualize the scenes before the battle starts. My favs are the world war series. Great for long trips in the car because some are as long as 4 hours long

*Real life Sci-fi with Wade & Wily *Surreal Talk *Those conspiracy guys *The last podcast on the left *Conspiracy theories and unpopular culture *Magical mystery radio
"Stitcher" is a good app to use (free), suggested podcasts above can all be found there. ๐

Timesuck with Dan Cummins is awesome, it's not really a conspiracy podcast it's a history podcast mainly but he's done a ton of episodes covering conspiracies/legends or stuff like that. Should warn you though, since he does a lot of research conspiracy/myth episodes usually end up showing how it's probably some wackadoo bullshit.

thanks!

The Conspiracy Horsemen are fun to listen to. Also anything with Crrow777 and his friend Jason. I also recommend Talk Is Jericho, and (as mentioned by others) The Higherside Chats.
