Apparently it’s fairly inaccurate according to the “faded out” podcast which is specifically about the Gosch case and covers a lot of details I hadn’t heard elsewhere. The lady that does it though is pretty annoying and just lays into people who believe in “conspiracy theories”.

Read Programmed to Kill by David McGowan. From what I can tell, DeCamp was put there to misdirect people away from the Catholic pedophilia at Boys Town and toward Franklin. To quote Programmed to Kill:
