You can go onto Mark Dice's channel, where he makes a whole video about how operatives from an intelligence agency reached out to him. They wanted to know how he creates viral videos that get a million views. They asked to come to his studio and accept pointers.
Singer Moby also went on record to say that he was approached as well.
My point is: Intelligence agency dollars are flowing in new directions. Since no one is watching TV anymore, they're buying into Youtube, video games, and other emerging platforms. What makes Rogan conspicuous is that he hangs out with a ton of other known CIA assets [like Penn and Teller and the Amazing Randi].
