You need to point this thing at /r/pyongyang

Hope you enjoy it, and feel free to contact me with questions. The bot can be modified to also monitor other subreddits, given proper access to their mod log.

Also, a big thanks to ContheorySpiracist for setting up the /r/uncensorship subreddit!

...sigh.. long day

Suggestion: Make a separate username for the bot.

yea, I probably should. just didn't get around to it.

it'll be especially important if we want other subreddits to participate.

Suggestion2: Leave out the name of the moderator unless the public demands its inclusion. We shouldn't be creating false witch hunts over the fact that some modss do more of the tedious work (tending to the modqueue) than others.

Peace.

The consensus of the mod team was to include it, though I appreciate and share your concern. See how it goes?

Fair enough. I'm glad the mod team was open to that. It rocks. Rock on!

Uptokes!

For now, yeah.

http://www.reddit.com/r/ModerationLog/ This one does politics and news.

Yes, though his approach is entirely different. He monitors new posts and waits to see if they disappear. My bot reads the moderator log directly.

There are pros/cons to each approach. His works with uncooperative mods but can miss things and can't tell who did what. Mine only works if the mods grant it access, but can tell you who did what, why, and won't miss anything.

Cool!

Thanks!

you're welcome, I hope it's insightful.
