A question about Peter Joseph.
1 2012-07-31 by [deleted]
This subreddit has despised Peter Joseph for the past couple years as being a self-proclaimed messiah and a fraud who simply collects other peoples' videos and compiles them into movie length pseudo-documentaries.
Why is he now starting to make the front page?
This started, as I recall, about 6 or 8 months ago. People started posting his videos and lauding him as the leader we should all be following. But those were quickly outed as shills. It appears they've upgraded their approach and have gone to a more subtle tactic... just post and upvote.
Why is r/conspiracy giving this guy any attention whatsoever?

he is an elitist transhumanist.

Zeitgeist, History Rewritten Chris White's debunking of the popular film.

Quoting myself:
IMO, these movies are good for reaching people, and at the time, they had a rousing effect on a lot of people, but they must be moved beyond, and understood for the subtle influences they contain, for why the mistakes in the material are important, and for the context of elite philosophy they are a product of.
Honestly, looking forward toward so-called smart cities like Songdo in S Korea, I find that the idealism present in Joseph's work is somewhat less likely than the world found in Charlie Brooker's excellent 15 Million Merits. That's much more like the world I live in today.

Chris white is a bible thumping fool.

I don't support his unfounded personal beliefs as much as I do his competent public research skills.

As soon as they start quoting scripture it's like they turn into controlled opposition.

The only problem I find in that statement is one I think White makes pretty important, and this is that where he contests zietgeist's sources' claims, he does so due to their historical inaccuracy, as evidenced by historians stretching back to biblical times. His argument about Archarya S, and her influences, Gerald Masi, Kersey Graves, James Frazer, and Ed Carpenter is flawless without even having to go into actual scripture.

I liked him when Zeitgeist came out. I disliked him when he threw the 9/11 Truth movement under the bus. I like him again after hearing his 3 hour interview with Joe Rogan. I'd say he's an asset overall to the search for prosperity and peace.

He's a lot like Alex Jones. He used to stand for a pretty good cause - now his ego has gone out of control.

The way I see it is, you have people complain about PJ and ZM in one breath and in the next they moan about the current system. WTF do you people want!?

Good question. Peter Joseph is trite, unoriginal, and of poor character, yes, but more importantly, he is clearly a Theosophist, in support of mystical Freemasonry, and in support of the NWO, simply judging by the positions he argues whenever he argues anything. Much of what he says is deceptive, and much of what he seeks to promote is counterproductive and dangerous to people like us. I personally downvote all Peter Joseph stuff whenever I see it and recommend everyone else do the same - but only after doing some investigation and gaining an understanding of what is so illegitimate about his material.

I won't dig at old wounds. Glad we agree on this.

Likewise. Thanks. Cheers.

Odd request...
I had set all of my bookmarks for my "I just won the game." link to do a reddit search. But the stupid mods at r/trees deleted my post and I don't have a direct link left anywhere in my bookmarks.
Do you still have the PM I sent you (from the IamDavidIcke account) which contained it?

Awww... Crap. I was using the search then, too. Looks like I'll have to set it all up again from scratch.
Thanks for digging for it.

Peter Joseph is great. Maybe people are afraid of his ideas, they are off the charts but spot on.
1 [deleted] 2012-07-31
his ideas?
Is he now taking credit for conceiving of the Venus Project?
1 billsang1 2012-07-31
He is not taking credit for the venus project at all. He just added that to the end of addendum. The first 2 parts of the 3rd zeitgeist are the best parts anyway.
-1 [deleted] 2012-07-31
So, he's getting better at compiling youtube clips?
It still doesn't mean the guy's ever had an original thought.
2 [deleted] 2012-07-31
original thought? his subject material consists of problems that have been ongoing for centuries. i dont see whats wrong with taking whats out there and creating a more concise, digestible format for presenting it?
1 [deleted] 2012-07-31
The original comment, to which I replied, said that "people are afraid of his ideas" [emphasis mine]
So far, I haven't seen a single original idea that can be credited singularly to Peter Joseph.
So, yeah... I stand by my assertion that he's never had an original thought.
-4 billsang1 2012-07-31
What are talking about man? Original thought? Who has these days? Everything you know was somebody else's idea. I'm grateful for the information has has came across in his life and he decided to share and add some of his ideas. He is actually doing something. How about you?
1 [deleted] 2012-07-31
I was fighting corruption before PJ was born, smartass. Is that all you've got? An adhominem?
PJ has contributed nothing but his ability to compile youtube clips, hork other peoples' ideas, and stroke his own ego.
As for original thoughts, I have them daily. They aren't always profound, but they are original and they are uniquely mine. I don't always share them with the public, and I NEVER EVER seek public recognition for them (at best, in a weak moment, I might seek the respect of my peers).
Next time you decide to take a potshot at someone you know nothing about, you might want to make sure they're not a respected member of the community in which you're making that potshot. I used to be a moderator here (not a good one, but I was voted in by the community... and, after sorting out some moderator drama, I chose to avoid that spotlight as well).
Now, you feel free scoop up your vomit and move along.
-1 billsang1 2012-07-31
So you being a mod here is supposed to be important? You have never had an original thought in your life! So how was you fighting this? What have you done? Anything concrete that can show us you had an original idea and tried to spread it? PJ has started a movement with a lot of people because his ideas are profound, they go against the paradigm that is killing off our way of life and damaging the planet as well. Stop being afraid of change were gonna need to do it to survive.

Awww, is "I know you are but what am I?" the best you can do? Lame, brah.
Yeah.
I forced a crooked DA into retirement..
I've posted one of my most significant original ideas on reddit no less than three times, trying to spread it. Only to be attacked by idiots who couldn't comprehend it. (A little programming hook that I wrote about 5 years ago, that the blind prefer to believe is impossible and refuse to even look at the code - dismissal and mockery being the easier path than investigation and understanding.) And, since they prefered their ignorance, I decided to just bury it in some encryption (that I designed myself). Here's the link.
Feel free to go self-fornicate now, okay?
-1 billsang1 2012-07-31
lol oh man you're powerful, you got caught up in a crooked system and was lucky to get out of it. You think what you did had an impact on anything? He was just replaced the next day by someone younger and more brainwashed. It's the system that is fucked up. Or, is that me just saying so because I heard other people say it. Damn it, must not be true since I'm just regurgitating what I heard somebody else say. So you made a post about shit that nobody could understand and you get all pissed off and call the 10 people that looked at it idiots. PJ is so much farther along than you will ever be brah. Still waiting on the original thought.
0 [deleted] 2012-07-31
So, my original thought was beyond your comprehension as well, and you... like all the others... chose the same route: ignorance. Good for you. It reveals a lot about your character (in addition to your general trollery here).
0 billsang1 2012-07-31
Seems like nobody did. lol what the hell is this is one of the only comments about it. You must be sooooo smart that nobody else on reddit could figure out.
