I Can't Help Thinking...

... that we actually just won a decisive victory. I haven't seen nearly as many shills over the weekend and a lot of the good content has stayed at the top relatively unscathed.

Victories are not static incidents, victory is in the constant pursuit of what you speak of. But yes, there is a decline from what has been happening over the course of the past few months.

Well said.

Things do look better. Let's hope it is not simply a period of regroup and reload. One singular person we both know... has been making it much worse lately.
Using a variety of accounts. Heads up.

Surely you don't mean this guy?
2 FemaCampDirector 2012-08-26
I do not. But I notice another new account.
-3 [deleted] 2012-08-26
Just one? I see three under this post alone (including mine and one that apparently is yours?), and 3 more in the /new queue.
So, it would seem that not only is it not a singular person, but also that you are as guilty as the guy you're pointing the finger at. You know what they say about finger pointing, right? When you point a finger at someone, you have 3 pointing back at yourself.

I have no new accounts in this thread SarcasticusMaximus.

I see you deleted your response (confession) to unbornmonster via your sockpuppet DomesticTerranist. How very unclever of you. No worries, though, it came through the RSS feed just fine. I'm sure others saw it, as well. ;)
I also note that you downvoted me for exposing you as a hypocrite. I smell something rotten afoot, and I'm pretty sure it's you. (EDIT: I said "pretty sure". Simply because that's where the rancid odor seems to be coming from.)

Take care man. Good luck with everything.

Jumping at shadows now? You have noooooo idea how far I've spread the word about you.
0 [deleted] 2012-08-26
Ah. I was confused for a moment. He thought I was you. I get it now.

The war can be won if you fight back.

All I know is that I apparently picked the wrong damn time to subscribe to this subreddit. I feel that I got lumped in with the phonies simply because I was constantly asking for evidence. Glad that I decided to stick it out, I like this place and the thoughts and ideas that are thrown around here.

Can we move on now?
0 [deleted] 2012-08-26
So, were they sockpuppets of
9000sins?
HomegrownTerran?
ImJulianAssange?
2 Zanzibareous 2012-08-26
Considering there was a giant upheaval BETWEEN 9000sins and HomegrownTerrain/ImJulianAssange, I don't think the issue was sockpuppet accounts related to all of them. HGT did have alternate accounts, but he was pretty upfront about them and you could point them out easily enough. I don't believe 9000sins or ImJulianAssange had any, but who knows. Either way, the problem was MUCH bigger than those three accounts (not saying those accounts were a problem).
3 FemaCampDirector 2012-08-26
The origin of the problem was actually not that huge. It sprang from a project containing 6 or so team members. That project went south and a disgruntled team "leader" went on a public rampage exhibiting little grace and with a desire for revenge. 9000sins was a victim for trying to advance the project voluntarily and then having time-line concerns. ImJulianAssange was a victim by association to the drama creator. Follow the actors if you can, you'll know which are which. Notice which accounts were deleted and why.

Are you referring to the open-source deal?
2 FemaCampDirector 2012-08-26
Yes.

This is exactly what They want.

Then, there's the other side of the story which was that 9000sins begged to join that group earlier than HGT wanted, even though HGT already had a job planned for him in the future. And, that you and supercede badgered HGT into allowing him in early. 9000sins, then refused to follow HGT's instructions for getting caught up, confessed this, and immediately started telling HGT how to run his subreddit, while you were simultaneously badgering HGT with questions in PM.
But, that's all irrelevant. Right?
And, of course, there's the fact that 9000sins threw his public tantrum here in r/conspiracy. HGT simply responded to the (cowardly deleted) statement that it was due to him "turning his back" on 9000sins.
But, yeah, let's ignore that, too.
Don't worry, FCD. As of 8am tomorrow, this will all be resolved. There either will, or won't, be a subreddit for the project in question. So, relax. I'll stop exposing 9000sins for the infantile tyrant he is at that time.
2 FemaCampDirector 2012-08-26
While little of this is factual, I'll let your words speak for themselves.
Best of luck with your new project.

I don't know about you guys, but I've been getting trolled all weekend by people that don't understand Agenda 21, they are seriously misinformed and do a lot of dropping the rude "tin-foil hat" type comments.
-1 [deleted] 2012-08-26
Noted. I'll watch out. Then again, Agenda 21 has been in the news a lot lately...
-1 jakenichols 2012-08-26
They're going full throttle pushing the "sustainability" and "green" movement on television lately. Even going so far as to get Bill Nye on there talking about how great Obama is and how great his "sustainability" plan is.
I just had some asshole on youtube get into a heated debate with me and I cornered him because he said the oil companies were behind the anti-agenda 21 movement and then I went to exxon, bp, and chevron's websites showing how they were all promoting sustainability. He called me a faggot and somehow got my HOME ADDRESS and posted it on youtube. WTF is wrong with these idiots in denial?
0 [deleted] 2012-08-26
Do not be alarmed. You have been hacked. Remain calm.
He probably is just a script-kiddie who googled your username and got your address. Not a big deal.
1 jakenichols 2012-08-26
He claims to be ex military. I don't know how he got my address since I JUST moved here. It was pretty creepy to say the least. I reported him to Youtube, not that it will do much.
