Something's off with the Seth Rich case: He supposedly left Lou's City Bar at 1:45AM to go to Wonderland which closed at 2:30AM. Nobody at Wonderland recognized his photo. He wasn't shot until 4:19AM. Where was he really from 1:45-4:19AM? Where's the footage from Lou's to confirm his departure?
